DISAPPOINTED. First thing was I tripped twice on the way in, parts of the floor are super uneven/ dangerous. Second the Hostess sat us down at a table that was extremely wobbly and quickly walked away. Our party took our place settings and moved to the next table over. When she returned we informed her about the wobbly table and she said "Oh yeah it gets loose", so basically she knew there was an issue with the table and sat us there anyway despite the restaurant being virtually empty at the time and there were plenty of other seating options. I ordered the chicken parm. When it came out I was surprised large portion size but was quickly disappointed with its over all lack of flavor. Bland pasta, bland chicken, bland sauce. My husband ordered a cheese pizza which he also said "wasn't very good". Lastly and most importantly the dining area and bathroom were DIRTY! Burned out light bulbs, dusty ceiling fans, carpet under table was dirty/ not well vacuumed, area between booth and wall was dusty and had remnants of food, straw wrappers, etc. It was obvious it had been some time since it had a good cleaning. Same to be said for the bathroom. Uneven dirty floor, gross dirty caulk around sink, dirty old paint and trim. Like a gas station bathroom. If a restaurant has a dirty dining room and bathroom that are visible to the public I can only imagine how gross the kitchen must be. Needless to say we...

Been coming here for weekly takeout for a couple of years and recent experiences have turned us towards other options local to the area. Pizza is good, tasty, and done to our liking almost always. Only bad experiences we have had with pizza has been too much grease on the bottom of the pie from excess toppings/cheese. Chicken tenders are always good, generous (sometimes too generous) portions of sauce, but otherwise good chicken and keeps us coming back. However, we have grown to be very disappointed with the reliability of the service and expect our order to be riddled with errors. From our experiences, there is a lack of checking from the phone, to the oven and back to the customer when doing takeout service. Whether it be food modifications, pizza toppings or sandwich orders, we have received the wrong food on too many occasions to count. We hope that we can return in the future and have the service be more reliable. We understand many FOH workers are younger and mistakes can be made, however there is a common pattern at this restaurant that we have not experienced at other pizza places. Recommend this restaurant for food, but advice would be to check your order before heading home if doing...

I ordered penne alla vodka for pickup. there was no way to pick up the food without standing in a crowd of people (during a pandemic). The food had very little sauce and almost no flavor. It has hard little grains of sand/dirt in the food that made horrible crunching noises when you chewed.

I probably wont go back.

I went back today after a few years. I ordered a pizza online. I wanted to call it in but there was no phone number on the website that I could find. When I picked up my large (not party) sized pizza they had it chopped up in 20 or so little pieces. they told me in the store that only for they large pizza they chop it up into tiny squares.

By the time I got there to get my food I was already exhausted and just took the pizza.

If you order from them I would recommend calling it in. Maybe they'll warn you of any weird practices they do if your talking...
