DISASTER!!!! The one and only time I ordered pizza from this place was a total disaster. I placed an order directly on their website, paid, and within less than five minutes, my order was canceled with a message saying my money would be refunded within three days. I called the store to find out what had happened, and the answer I got was, "This is an issue with the website domain, it's not our fault." Seriously? I then asked how I would get my money back and who I should talk to, but the answer remained the same: "The website domain team."
This is beyond absurd; it’s a clear sign of unprepared and disrespectful service. How am I supposed to deal with the website domain people? I have my order number, my bank statement showing the charge, my order was canceled for no reason, and it's somehow my problem? This is the worst kind of customer service. I don't believe the customer is always right, but what just happened was outrageous neglect. I spent over $60, and who knows when I’ll get my money back. This establishment is a complete disaster.
This kind of behavior only drives customers away. The least a business can do is take responsibility for any issues related to their service. Passing the blame to someone else and washing their hands of the situation shows a complete lack of commitment to the customer. I was looking for a solution, not a blame game. We order the pizza they give us a 40 minute wait, we get there the pizza takes an additional 20 minutes. We ordered another time same thing happened to the point where we started arriving 20 minutes after the time and it was still late!
We get enjoying your time while working, but it’s been multiple times of me or family coming into the store and the ladies working at night have horrible service, you come in they don’t greet you, they’d rather finish their talk than to say welcome in or to just say would you like to place an order/ what order are you picking up.
Every time we call something is going on, staff is laughing with each other while we are trying to place an order, another occasion I was in the car ordering and the lady on the phone was talking so much to her coworkers that she asked 5 times to confirm my order( I should’ve checked the box at the store before leaving) I get home and it was 2 wrong pizzas.
I just called to order a pizza and got put on hold for 5 minutes. It was the last time, the person on the phone was the OWNER! And he said I will let the owner know about your complaint.
