Pizza Pie and Kitchen — Restaurant in Marlborough

They might be capable of making good pizzas. But definitely they have no ethics or do they care for the customers. I Went there last night at 9:15 PM and ordered a grandfather clock pizza with custom toppings. Meaning, I specifically told them NO BEEF / PORK and instead please add on chicken. The lady who took my order did listen to me and processed my order. Also she confirmed that there will be NO BEEF/ PORK and instead she will Chicken for the same price.

I waited there for around 20-25 minutes and a tall guy walked up to me with my pizza box. After I reached home at 10:30 PM, I opened the box to see no chicken but only BEEF. I am a Hindu and I don't eat BEEF. These guys have abused my cultural sentiments. They have no ethics. Today When I called them, they said they can't do anything about it now. But they might have thought about doing something if I'd called them on the same day. When I googled for this place last night, the first thing that I noticed was the closing Hours. It said they will be opened only till 11:00 PM. That's the reason I didnt bother to call them last night.

Completely awful, if I could give negative stars I would. New Years eve we reluctantly ordered from this local chain as we were staying in a hotel nearby. The pizza was sent with the wrong toppings, in the wrong size, and UNSLICED. When we called back about it the woman working informed us that we would be refunded (sweet woman, excellent kind demeanor, I feel awful that she has to work at this establishment) and told us it would be a couple days until the refund was processed. Two days later, we still didn't receive the refund so we called the store, only to be met by a rude man on the phone claiming to be the manager. He refused to process a refund, rushed us off the phone and claimed that 'they can't do refunds'. We were hung up on by this man on more than three occasions, being disrespected and threatened by force of police for 'harassment'. All we wanted was our money back, and I am completely astonished that a business could approach a situation with such unprofessionalism and rudeness. I am beyond thankful that we do not live in the area so we never have to order from this...

I’ll be respectful as possible but it was pretty gross the pizza was really salty cheese seemed like it was almost microwaved because it was exuding heat and breaking apart the mozzarella sticks are also nasty solid gross not cheesy or good in anyway just unflavorful and the steak and cheese is an atrocity to mankind I have never in my 23 years of life had such a bad streak and cheese bread was gross smelled like cigs the steak and cheese inside was a mess absolutely disgusting couldn’t even taste good with ketchup I’m appalled they charge money for this can understand why they’re like the lowest rated in town should’ve ordered Pizza Hut like bro not even the marinara had flavor tasted old if I were a king in a medieval land I would banish you to the dungeons for such a mockery of food the basic semblance of a half decent meal isn’t even here I couldn’t finish this refuse and the large pizza is smaller than a plate for 19 bucks that’s kinda horrid whoever made the prices and the menu has to go back and redo it at any cost the formula isn’t working don’t spend...
