Their bread is SO addicting. I don't know if it's made in house but they toast it so it's perfectly crisp on the outside and light and airy on the inside. To me it's just like a Vietnamese baguette, which is the perfect bread for hoagies. Aside from the bread though the Italian hoagie was okay. It was pretty salty and heavy and I wish there were more veggies to balance it out. I tried some of my friend's eggplant parm sandwich though and the sauce tasted amazing. I would definitely come back to try some of their pasta.

It’s been 7 months so thought I’d give them another try ……. NOT good. The crust on their so called Sicilian pizza was thin, extremely dry, tough, and tasteless; it was literally like biting into cardboard. Their French Fries are very good, otherwise this would definitely be a one ⭐️ review. Cheese Steak ingredients were very good, but the seeded roll was stiff and dry. Just not acceptable to be given a stale roll for a $23.27 Cheese Steak and Fries.

Different Cheesesteak #1154. Guest eater Dave picked up this cheesesteak. Sorry no sign selfies but you can hear me in the video. We got his order, fried onions, tomato and lettuce. He liked the vibe inside Soprano’s. The cheesesteak was pretty standard. If all your friends want to go out for Italian and you really want a cheesesteak, Soprano’s could be your place.

10yrs ago ordered catering for Christmas Eve, 1 pan was roasted potatoes. When I got home half pan was half filled, when I called store, owner told me he ran out of potatoes..what?! He never called me nor charged me less, never went back. Today I wanted to bring lunch to a relative and bring food from a different source than where they always go to so I thought I would give this place a 2nd chance. Had a hard time ordering on line for a pick-up as there were different prices on website than ordering on the Slice website, ordering has a drop down to use SLICE, which is encouraged, door dash, etc. I could not understand if picking up why, asked owner, said it's cheaper to pay them than to pay for own website. Make no mistake it's passed on to customers. He told me there is no price difference, I said there absolutely is, then he proceedes to tell me another person complained the same but we are wrong! Sandwiches are way too expensive for a 12" roll, ordered a pannini which was hard to figure out it was, a Ceasars salad was in a 3" high container, not packed no less, very little chicken for almost $16. I said to owner I get larger salads for less other places, he says don't compare me to someone else..folks I don't know how this place stays in business. If you want good food, much cheaper, a lot more for your money and kind customer service, go to Paganos or Boccella's deli. I will never come here again. He could care less about a dissatisfied customer!

*owner..your response is ridiculous. You want to sound concerned but your all business. I've never had an experience anywhere else that I've had with you. 10yrs apart interaction and you haven't changed 1 bit. $80 for 4 small sandwiches ( and a correction, sandwiches were in a 10" roll) along with a pathetic salad is a rip off and you didn't even try to rectify. In fact, you told me your containers have been the same for 24yrs, only food prices have gone up. Sorry, I don't like your business practices. Your response is baloney! You told me no price differences on site, then said someone complained about the same, so which is it..Definitely not who you are...

I was coming from an appointment in Newtown square on a bus heading back into Philly, buses running on delays.. I got off just to be able to use the gift card I won worth $25. I went in and told the girl at counter who was very nice I might ad, that I had a gift card and wanted to order the lobster ravioli and a cappuccino gelato which came to $25.02 .. I don't have money , waiting on disability review, she said fine .. it's 2 cents.. but the owner comes out and tells me that the tax has to be paid in cash.. OUTRAGEOUS!! I won that gift card through Delaware county magazine and why the tax couldn't be included in the charge is absurd especially since owner had to be the one who is providing gift cards to the paper and your trying to drive business and you pull something like that? So the tax was something like $1.25 and you couldn't be a descent human and let me get food instead turned me away.. mind you it's 90 degrees out and I waited 45 minutes for a bus home. Just for context I have health issues and I have no income, I reside with my 82 yr old mom and am on government aid and winning this gift card was going to be a nice treat because I can't afford to go out to eat.. I was/ am highly disappointed that you turned me away for a dollar and some change and now I'd rather not even try your food. Bad business. I think I'll see if I can sell the gift card for less and I'll use elsewhere. Especially since I had to pay an Xtra fare for absolutely nothing. Thanks...

Second time had a problem with service and dealt with the owner. Very rude and unprofessional. Order was delivered cold, pizza and French fries. Delivery girl who turned out to be owners daughter sat in front of my neighbors house lost for 11 minutes without moving. I was observing from my open front door not sure if that was my delivery or not. My house is well lighted and has large numbers over my garage indicating the address. Finally food was delivered late with no opology at all, as I said cold. Called tried to explain to the owner constructively, he immediately started arguing with me and took the position that his daughter called me for directions and that I did not answer, my phone was in my hand as I was about to call to see where my order was, there was no call. Again tried to expalain to the owner that’s not correct, basically called me a liar and defended his daughter. Few of my neighbors have encountered problems of same nature and told me they are not ordering from there anymore. A real shame they have good food but their reputation is not what it once was, obviously slowly loosing customers! I have been in professional sales for 43 years and you do not talk to or treat...
