I sold them my civil war collection last year, which I know they made a significant profit from. You’d imagine that would be the beginnings of a good professional relationship, it apparently has no bearing on how they treat their customers! I returned today to see if I could add to my collection, before even walking through the door I could see the annoyance on the proprietor’s face as he pressed the button to unlock the door. First interaction was cool and indifferent, with a touch of prejudice. Joe was offended when I asked if he was familiar with a 23 “horse-blanket “ ( there was one in the case but I didn’t see as the counter bar was obstructing my view of the entire contents of the display it wasn’t until he pointed it out in an irritated way that I saw it.) I apologized to no avail nor appeasement to his wounded ego. He was rude, judge mental and all around not a nice person. I WILL NOT sell or buy anything from that...

Used to be my go to place for rare coins.. this time they wouldn’t look at my coins to check the errors I had that were worth something, and tried to buy them off me for face value of the non error coin or the weight of the silver which was also low balled. I can’t believe they even tried.. so wrong. And when I asked about my error coins, they said they don’t do that there, but if you look online for Ana trusted coin buyer they pop up… what a joke, and to be like that in hard times. I was like um no I’m not selling them, I’ll go online or auction. Very disappointed, like I said they used to be my go to for rare coins. Never again, Stay away. First time I’ve been in a coin store, since I am new to this “hobby”. The owners were very nice and professional and answered all of my “newbie” questions. The prices were great as well. I gave it four stars only because the store was smaller then I expected and the selection of items were limited. I'm sure they have more items put away that you cannot see but for me I like to see everything a store has without asking every time if they have this or have that. But that being said I will definitely go back and recommend this store to anyone that collects coins and stacks...
