The Sincere Greeting as you come in, friendly chit chat as you peruse the menu, etc made me feel like this was my thousandth visit, instead of my first visit.
Akasia “Kay” was helpful in deciding what to order. My friend placed a special order and that didn’t upset them. Showing they are willing to accommodate if they can.
I tried the Meatloaf Special which brought back memories of the meatloaf I’d get at Gurley’s Restaurant in Gretna which sadly Ain’t there no more!

You know I didn't take another step. This was a homemade patty with hot sausage mixed in with shrimp piled on and pepperjack cheese... did I mention the hot sausage is mixed in!
