Iām writing this review in hopes management takes this seriously. My wife loves Fiiz drinks and spends quite a bit of money every month with your establishment. With that said, Iāve been to the store located on 12th street next to State Farm & Burley Burger many times to grab my wifeās go to Monster Mash-up Fiiz drink and itās been dark and a ghost town in there when the front door has their business operation hours posted. The drive-thru shows to be open at 7:30AM Monday-Friday as well as on the GMB(Google My Business) listed open at 8:30AM for this specific location. Weāve also placed multiple pickup orders at the 12th st location and when we show up, itās not open! Go Figure! š Weāve never been reimbursed for orders placed on the app for this location and had to take our business to the Kiesel Ave store located in The Junction! The core issue seems to be a significant miscommunication among staff regarding current specials, particularly the Tumbler Tuesdays $2 drink perk. I was inclined to purchase the FiiZ tumbler precisely because it advertised the ongoing benefit of receiving a discounted drink every Tuesday. When I visit other locations, the staff proactively honors this promotion and applies the discount without me having to request it. However, each time I visit this location, the process is difficult. I am frequently told conflicting things by different staff members, and I only receive the promotion after specifically requesting it and waiting for them to figure out how to manually enter the discount. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't even know how many drinks my co-workers and I have purchased from this location. So I'm really bummed to be this annoyed of my experience. Normally I wouldn't leave a review after one bad experience. But this really bothered me! I walk to this place from my office, so walking back empty-handed makes it worse. There were two people working. One of them said welcome in when I walked in. That person was in the back though, the person up front completely ignored me. I chalked it up to she was listening to someone on the drive-thru. But then she helped two cars without saying a word to me. Still I thought she must be really behind on drive-thru. But then someone came in behind me and within 30 seconds she asked him how she could help him. And that's when I left. Last time I'll go there!
