I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit on 6/14. We arrived around 6–6:15 pm and unfortunately experienced a series of service and quality issues throughout the evening. • We waited about 20 minutes before being greeted by a server. • Cocktails were ordered, but took nearly 45 minutes to arrive. • Our appetizer (5 crab balls for $15) was served about 35 minutes after arrival. • Entrees arrived 20 minutes later; one (the pot roast) was completely cold, as were the chili Brussels sprouts. • Our server did not return after dropping off cocktails; food was run by another staff member. • It took another 10 minutes before anyone checked in, at which point a different server accidentally brought us another table’s food. We voiced our concerns, and the pot roast was comped. • However, even after the $22 comp, our bill was still $63.90 for just two cocktails, one appetizer, and one meal.
It was clear the staff was overwhelmed, with only one server appearing to handle the entire indoor section. We understand that busy nights happen, but this level of service and food quality made for a disappointing experience.

Read moreTried this place for the first time and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We arrived at 6:10pm and ordered a slider meal at 6:21 to share. Our waitress Becky was great—friendly and got our drinks quickly.
But we waited over 45 minutes for our food. Two other tables who came in after us got their meals first. Around 6:45, Becky told us someone else had taken our plate and they had to remake it. We didn’t get our food until 7:00. Which was not amazing.
I told the waitress I didn’t think we should pay full price for that kind of delay. She agreed to comp half—but then told us she paid the difference herself because it was “her mistake.” That’s completely unacceptable. No server should be covering the cost of a kitchen or management issue.

All of the appetizers we tried were delicious, but the Firecracker Shrimp and Brussel Sprouts were crazy good. For dinner I had the Orange Glazed Salmon which was mild, flavorful and perfectly cooked. My husband loved his Stuffed Shells and Meatballs (and he is very picky when it comes to Italian food). Even though we were stuffed, we managed to try the Lemon Chiffon Cake and the Chocolate Mousse Cake which were both amazing.
