Subway — Restaurant in Marshall

Yuck yuck yuck. No hand washing. No changing gloves between making people’s food. And apparently their policy does NOT require either when dumping trash and then continuing to make someone’s food. But I DID get a snotty rude disgusting attitude when I asked at the very least for her to change the gloves after throwing away trash and putting her filthy gloved hands in the trash containers and continuing to make my food. Happened today on 7/27/23 at lunchtime hour. I did not buy the sandwich. I hope the manager sees this and watches the tape. Because the girl said it was perfectly fine. I will pass on anything from this location. And suggest you...

I placed my order online so maybe the Subway app doesn't send the store the "Special Instructions" box at the end of every order... but I am pretty sure when they put this sandwich together they knew it was practically inedible without making a huge mess and the bread was all SOAKED!!! The cucumbers were so limp and sour, they were close to becoming pickles!!!

I was really looking forward to trying my favorite sandwich with smashed avocado...

The staff was friendly and helpful BUT, they ONLY had white or wheat bread. That's it. I asked when the other breaks would be available and he said never. He said all they ever have is white or wheat and that's all there has ever been for as long as he's been working there. Subway website shows that they do have the other breads like the Italian herb but this store location has no knowledge of it. Maybe corporate could look into this and...
