Starbucks — Restaurant in Marshalltown

If I could,I would rate my experience a zero. The three young teenagers working had an attitude and where not doing there jobs'.They seemed as if they had no idea what they were doing.When I got my order rung up they didn't know how to charge so they charged the drink into two different categories. I had to pay three extra dollars for a drink that was already on the menu.

When I asked kindly for light ice in the drink and they lady messed up,s instead of apologizing and giving me the drink for free and making a new one she angerly dumped it in the sink right in front of me.She also seemed as if she had gotten upset and mad and made the drink with an attitude. After all that the outcome of the drink was very bitter and sour and not made right.I am very disappointed with the customer service and job working skills.It was the lack of problem solving skills for me. I expected a nice quality experience and time there but there was tension and disrespect.I do not recommend you going here. I didn't go here! I went to Hy-Vee in Marshalltown, so Starbucks is either in Hy-Vee or it shares a parking lot with KFC. Thats the only two places I went today! I have never been to a Starbucks yet. Starbucks is definitely a place where you really have to decide on where you want to go! Many Starbucks employees are very nice people! The atmosphere is clean it's just their prices are way too pricey! I've been to a Starbucks in one location where they charged me for any add-ins of any kind and I end up paying way more than I would ever pay on any kind of coffee!
