Well, we went back today, July 8, 2023 and my opinion is completely different. The double cheeseburger was made so sloppy... with one burger half off the bun. I had the fish sandwich, but where was the fish? It was nothing but a over done burnt bunch of breading. The fries were overly greasy. I was sick by the time I got home. Will think twice before going back! So disappointed!! Time was 18:26:00. Ticket # 343.
The grilled chicken breast sandwich was delicious, very moist and juicy with just lettuce & tomato. The double cheeseburger my roommate had looked and smelled so good. The server was very sweet & very thankful for her tip. The area was very clean and even with a trashcan near our spot, there were no flies. That's a major plus for me!! I stopped by KN Root Beer recently to grab a bit to eat for dinner after a long day.
As soon as I finished placing my order, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. Embarrassed, I immediately pushed the call button to cancel my order and apologize for my mistake.
Much to my surprise, the kind person on the other end of the speaker said, "I've already started cooking your order ... don't worry about it ... that's happened to me before ... just come back and pay later."
Customer service of this degree should be the model for all businesses.
I don't normally order from KN that often but they won me over with, not only the service, but the food as well.
I went back the next day and paid my bill. I also ordered one of their signature root beers to go and it was fantastic.

Food great! Customer service HORRIBLE. Glass was broken. I nicely asked to have the glass replaced with one that wasn't broken. The Barbie Doll Princess was arrogant, condescending and rude. I didn't need another glass. All the glasses were broken. They sand them down. Obviously, if it was rough enough to scratch my lip, it needed to be replaced. I didn't ask for a discount, free food or my money back. Just to drink from something that didn't involve broken glass. I asked for a paper cup. She said she couldn't do that either.
