My wife and I both ordered the 16oz Ribeye medium. My fault for not cutting it open while the waitress was still there because they were both on the medium rare to rare side. Fortunately neither of us mind it that way. Also the menu says $24 and we got charged $27. Also was charged $3 extra for grilled asparagus that was listed with all the other sides that are supposed to included. When I asked the waitress she said the boss told her its because meat prices are up and they just haven't got the menu's changed yet. And really couldn't explain the extra charge for the grilled asparagus. Both of these should have been mentioned while ordering. I should have been offered a refund for the difference, I wasn't and really didn't feel like putting up a stink with the restaurant full of people. We live in Atwood tn an was driving threw I googled restaurant an found blue oak and I am so glad I did I will definitely be driving all way to martin just to eat here, I highly recommend you go you will not be disappointed! We went Thursday and it was one the best meals I have had at a restaurant around here since covid has hit. The rolls an strawberry butter yumm! The lettuce in the salad was actually fresh, the steak was cooked perfectly for both me an my daughter and it was so tender, the gator bites blackened are the closest to Florida I have had in Tennessee ever and idk what type sauce came with them but I could smother anything in that sauce!
