Horrendous experience. Watch out if you have small children. The waffle bowl had a terrible chemical taste. When I came up to the window, I was told that they don't use any cleaning chemicals at all, only windex. Which seems improbable, so they don't clean their surfaces? But, I could smell that chemical when I came up to the window. My take is that some chemical was accidentally sprayed on the waffle. Maybe a cleaning chemical or I hope not any pest poison. The flavor of the caramel cone, flavor of the week was good. It wasn't spectacular, but it was good. However, the price was quite literally the most expensive ice cream I have ever seen. $9 for 2 scoops in a cup, and $6 for 1 scoop!
