Starbucks — Restaurant in Martinez

Overall a great experience. I used to be a Starbucks Barista, so I try to be very meticulous with my Starbucks reviews.

We arrived at around 11 a.m. The overall cleanliness of the store was fine.

I asked the barista whether the banana loaf was fresh, which she confirmed. She kindly offered to warm it up for me, which I really appreciated.

I ordered three customized drinks, all of which were made with perfection! If I had one criticism to make is that the communications behind the bar could have been a bit more efficient. Hence a few drinks were first handed out to later guests before we finally got our third drink.

Other than that, all was as one would wish for, a clean store with friendly and courteous staff that is able to customize...

Love the free wifi. And sometimes some particular baristas are just awesome. But for me this Starbucks has quite a number of negatives: dark roast tends to taste just as bad as Pike's Peak; some baristas provide very little friendly customer service and can't even seem to smile; music volume is so loud, people seem to be shouting at each other; tables tend to be dirty; and one barista came out to my car just to tell me that I could not park in front without buying any food -- this was ten minutes before seven a.m. and before I went in to have breakfast. This Starbucks was my favorite of the ones I visited, but...

Dissatisfied: first I want to say that I really love that they have put in a new Starbucks with a drive through here in our small town... But have to say that I was very dissatisfied that when I went through the drive thru they gave me the wrong coffee I didn't notice it until I was halfway down the street 20 minutes away... I turn around and went back to the shop and they handed me the coffee that I ordered earlier instead of giving me a new coffee.. No apology for the mistake or a customer card for the inconvenience for free coffee on the house next time very...
