Hardee’s — Restaurant in Martinsville

Visited on Monday 2-5-18 around 6pm. Didn't go well. There were at least 5-6 employee's working at the time. A few cars in the drive thru and only two customers inside (including me). Waited approx 15 minutes for my food. There was only one gentleman making the food. One manager and three young ladies were just walking around. The young ladies were carrying on conversations about GPA instead of helping to get customers taken care of. And at the end of it all, one young lady came to the car as I was leaving and stated that she gave me the wrong burger. She took the one out of my bag and gave me a different one. She then carried the other one into the store. I did not see her put it in the trash. It really makes me think about...

Premade food! Hardee's is generally my preferred fast food place. Unfortunately this establishment is one of those places that feels the need to premake breakfast sandwiches. With six customers inside and two at the drive thru, I don't see the need for 20+ breakfast sandwiches to be sitting in their bins, waiting for someone to buy them. The quality of the sausage and egg biscuit definitely suffered by sitting around waiting. Hard sausage and rubbery, cold egg was not good. Not all Hardee's premake food, just sad that this one does. Quality is what matters, not speed of service. BTW, I am a retired food...

2nd time in a week I've been at this location. First time the order taker turned my order in wrong but I was in a hurry so I accepted the order. The second visit I waited over 10 minutes for the person to take my order...no apology...she was dealing with a customer who was talking to her about needing a job and continued to talk to him while I stood there... and as she took my order. Very frustrating. When I got the order the chicken strips were luke warm and the fries were just ok. I have eaten here many times but never had this kind of service before....
