I had to edit this review! When will establishments learn customer service is everything? Now I have to avoid this location as well. Went to get those delicious pickles again, then was approached by the worker stating I was getting too many sauces. He call himself trying to handle or embarrass me in front of the other customers. He kept repeating how would they make money and no other place would let me have the sauces without paying extra. I explained that I had did it before with no problem not knowing the sauces that are self serve are limited. His response was nobody ever said anything to me. Well what about the worker that was so courteous making suggestions for my vegetarian diet & I would buy all the food being hot and delicious. He was apparently angy I just purchased the pickles not spending enough money. If the extra cost was posted being visible I would have known. Actually I was more than willing to pay the extra cost. But the rude approach was too much, learn how to speak to customers appropriately. The result was keep your picles and sauces. He had no problem and satisfied with taking the food back after I had opened the container, did not toss in the trash gave back to the kitchen. Then had the nerve to say "next time you will know". If you must eat at America's Best Wings and somewhat care about your health, definitely don't eat at this location, they will definitely try to kill you with their food! I only order wings here maybe once or twice a month or so and with that being said, I'm greatly disappointed in my order this time around. I ordered a 10 piece and after my first bite, I definitely noticed a difference from my other visits, the wings were excessively salty! It tasted like they literally poured half a bottle of salt on my wings and not only that, after I was finished I felt like I was about to have a heart attack, literally consumed enough sodium for about a month's worth from the taste of it. If you know about sodium, too much can and will induce a heart attack if you consume too much in one sitting, you can ask a doctor or look it up yourself. So I'm done with this place, in fact, I'm may just stay away from them all, I'll just find some other place to go like Buffalo Wild Wings or...

Customer service was good. Food, not so much. I typically only get wings, but this time, I got a salad, turkey burger, and chicken strips with fries. The fries were soggy, no crunch to them at all, the burger was super thin, and it had an old taste. It was also burnt on one side. The bread was stale and hard and also seemed like it was toasted to save face, yuck. The chicken in the salad was dry and overcooked, and it didn't taste like it was made to order.
