America's Best Wings - Southgate Shopping Center — Restaurant in Maryland

Food was awful. One of our subs was incorrect, had hots and ketchup on it (who puts ketchup on a philly?) even though the receipt clearly shows the first sub requested neither of those things. Looks like they used the worst parts of the tomato. And when they cut the subs in half they got all these little bits of foil in the sub which had to be picked out first, if we even got them all... Fries pictured in the website not the same. I understand photos may not always be accurate but the website shows shoestring and these were crinkle cut which always get soggy. Fried pickles were as close to being burnt as they could be without being burnt burnt. Deep fryer grease definitely needs to be changed. There was no saving grace for this entire meal. Since we accepted the food on delivery I did not know if they would take the money away from out very polite DoorDasher Dylan if I requested a refund. If anyone from America's Best Wings actually sees this I hope your wings are a lot better than the rest of your food! And no, there is nothing you can really do to make it right. We will just avoid this establishment...

I'm never dissatisfied with the quality of the food, the place is clean, and the price is right. Sometimes rap music is played over the television at uncomfortably high volume and sometimes they're playing episodes of Mr Bean. Sometimes the service is prompt and the food is ready in the 10-15 minutes they promise. A couple of times I've had to wait significantly longer. Anecdote: I left after 25 minutes, came back after another 15, and found my food waiting on my counter but still no employee. For 5 minutes, there was no employee in the front and no bell to ring to get anyone's attention. I had placed my order over the phone, so I was somewhat committed, but the couple in front of me left without seeing an employee a couple minutes before someone came out to take my payment. Despite it having been more than 15 minutes, the employee immediately turned and walked into the kitchen without indicating whether or not he was getting my food. Since I didn't see him for another 10 minutes, I assume he wasn't just boxing it. At least during this visit there wasn't uncomfortably loud music being played...

My slice of cake was tiny and there wasn’t an Oreo in the top of it. My subtotal was $31.46 I paid $56.20 Subtotal : $31.46 Taxes & Fees : $8.45 Tip (third party). $6.29 NOWHERE ON THE ORDER SITE WAS ANYTHING SAYING THAT A TIP WOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO THE BILL! So - I gave the delivery driver $10 CASH! All together - I paid $56.20 RIDICULOUS! I will never order from this place again. I feel that they owe me! I want another piece of pie - one that actually looks like the picture on the website. They also need to tell me EXACTLY the fees were that were included in that $8.45 (taxes & fees) and they owe me the $6.29 that they added to my order as a tip. So - they owe me $2,50 (I pd for a slice of pie and I got a sliver of pie. $6.29 for the tip they put on without my permission. Tax should have been less than $2 so what were the fees that cost me more than $6.00 Total - $2.50 +$6.29+$6.45 equals $15.24 !! Americas Best Wings - How are you going to fix...
