Asian Express — Restaurant in Maryland

Worst customer service that I've ever had. I ordered the combination rice with chicken shrimp and pork. I could see the chicken and the shrimp but I hardly could find any pieces of pork. When I took it back in, one of the gentleman got real nasty with me and started pointing out the pieces of pork. These pieces were so small they were barely the size of the the tip of my pinky and there were only six little pieces and he tried to tell me that that was all pork and it was a lot. Then he tried to dig through my food to show me there was pork in it. That was unacceptable and I told him if he put his hand in my food he's going to give me all my money back. I will never come back to this nasty place ever again. As much as they charge for this combination rice I should see Chicken shrimp and pieces of pork I shouldn't have to dig for it in my food. After all of that, the food ended up tasting terrible. I threw it in the trash....

I order online from Asian Express. On their Lunch Special, it says that "Monday-Saturday (11:00am-3:00pm). Served with fried rice and egg roll." So i order the Lunch Special lo mein ... Instead of receiving lo mein with fried rice and an egg roll, I only received lo mein. When I called Asian Express to tell them that my order was incorrect, the did nothing for the inconvenience. Instead, they told me that they are sorry ... and everyone makes mistakes, and I have to understand that. Never once did the offer to correct their mistake by giving me the right menu item nor did they offer me a refund. Instead they made it very clear that I was a fault for this and there is nothing they can do about it. This was my first time ordering from Asian Express, and was upsetting to know this is level of care for a new customer. However, after this experience I...

I wish I could have made this up but I'm not. Poor customer service. I bought shrimp fried rice and steamed dumplings. I waited patiently for 30 minutes for my food and watched people come in and receive their food in less than 15 minutes. When I finally Made it home, I checked the food and I simply did not like the smell of the food. Feeling bad, I returned the food to the restaurant, asking for a refund as nice as I could. The entire staff was unprofessional and told me to never come back. I can tell they were discussing their true disgust with me in their own language while looking at me! So I guess come here if and only if you don't plan to ask for a refund...even if there is something wrong with the food. They will make you feel really crappy about it.
