Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Maryland

Re visited this Baskin Robbin’s again. Im giving it 4.5 stars ⭐️ because of the service. The two ice cream barristers are very friendly and even though this place gets spurs of crowds. They attend every that walks in with the same curtesy and efficiency.

This is one of the true Baskin Robbin’s left in the metro area. The other never have donut not ice cream.

If you truly would like the experience of the old Baskin Robbin’s this is a must. It will bring you back memories.

My wife love it because this is the only place we’re she can get a banana split. The others never have bananas not the ice...

Go somewhere else. Went there at 8 on a Sunday evening, all but one light was turned out making it look like they were closed. I tried the door because it said they were open until 10 and it opened. I went in, there was no one visible working but there was a lot of noise in the back. I waited for a few minutes amd 3 teenagers finally came out from the back. I ordered and was told they didn't have that much ice cream and probably couldn't make my order. I looked to see what they did have and almost every bucket was empty. I left, wasn't worth...

Counter clerk repeated order, still got it wrong, was going to throw it away. Daughter said it was okay but get the right flavor this time. Asked them to give her the wrong order (one scoop) for free since they made a mistake and her birthday was in a week. They said no, had to pay for both the wrong order and the correct order. Not customer friendly and cheap, to say the least. Service is terrible at this location. Other reviews bear this observation out. Also ice crystals in my order. Go...
