I will make every attempt to avoid this place in the future. Yes, it’s ice cream, which is hard to mess up. Yet somehow the staff here finds a way to do it.

I’d say 2 out of 5 times they’ve messed up my order. They don’t thoroughly mix coffee drinks, and refuse to take the time to understand and verify your order before randomly throwing some combination of food in your bag.

Tonight, we stopped by at 8:52 to get a single scoop of ice cream. The “open” light was on when we started circling around, but no one answered at the drive-through. When we pulled up to the window, all the lights had been turned off. Eventually, someone answered the window, telling us they were closed. When asked, he said they closed at 9 on Sundays, and we said it wasn’t yet 9. In a frustrated and dismissive gesture, he pointed around the store and gave the excuse that they had already cleaned up. This place has horrible customer service. I contacted them to pay off debit that was transferred to them and get validation of several bills that were duplicates and/or not my bill before paying off all the debt.The representative was very nasty because the addresses she were giving were not mines. She refused to submit a request so I could see a copy of the actual application or contract for this debt. After that called the dumped everything they could find on my credit without written attempts to even resolve the matters. Delmarva collection was way better than this place when trying to pay off debt. Especially since I was trying to pay all my debt after she validated them. They need better...

I ordered a cake online 2 days in advance on a Friday to be able to pick the cake up on Sunday at 3pm. I get confirmation in an email and go to pick up my cake (that I ordered for my dad's birthday). No one ever made the cake and the person who makes the cakes did not work that weekend. Soooo, I don't understand why I was never notified that the cake wasn't being made but there was no communication about the cake and It was disappointing to not have a cake for his birthday.
