I absolutely love this place, beautiful diamond tables, considerate customers and staff, great deals when it comes to food, depending on what you order, and if they don’t take it personally, instead of being professional.

Here’s the reason for this review, as I am somewhat disappointed with the way the service was handled.

I typically just come to this place to practice and take advantage of the lunch deal (buy lunch and play pool for free from 11a-5:30p).

Unfortunately, that didn’t happened today. I get there at 11a, and I’m greeted with a smile by Michelle (waitress/bartender), who was super friendly, bringing me coffee, water, and billiard balls. I then decided to have lunch 45 minutes later.

Upon receiving my order (Crunchy taco), and taking two bites of the meal all I could handle, as it was too greasy for my taste buds, giving me an indigestion.

I requested if I could not eat the food, and Michelle takes it and requested if I wanted another, but different order. I told her I wanted to wait until my stomach would settle down.

One hour passes, my water/coffee was never refilled and I was completely ignored.

Sorely disappointed and left the place feeling it was taken personally, instead of checking on me prior to the awful food. I felt that my opinion of the food I ordered was taken personally, hence my drinks were left empty for over an hour. I then decided to part ways with the place.

I got charged only for the coffee, and still got free pool.

If the water and coffee were refilled, I would’ve order something else.

Unfortunately that was not the case.

Will I go back? I don’t know…. Not the first time the kitchen staff has disappointed me. Is it worth the lunch deal with free pool? I think so. Just wished they provided better service, other than making me feel it was personal, leaving me dry, all because I complained...

Last night was my first time “trying” to check this place out and their first impression was a major fail. I walked to the bar to inquire about reserving a table and the bartender let me know she would be with me shortly, as she was handling another customer. After her making three drinks, she addressed me as I informed her, I’d like to reserve a table. She told me there was a wait and I asked how long. She said she wasn’t sure and turned away as if she were going to find out. After she made another drink for another customer, I caught her attention again to ask her how I could reserve a table. She said she wasn’t sure as she was “new”, to which I chuckled and replied, “Well, this is my first time here too, so I guess we’re figuring this out together.” She turned away again as if she was attempting to assist me in trying to reserve a table. However, as I continued to wait (4 minutes) to be exact, she continued to make drinks for other customers and never came back or sent someone over who could help me reserve a table. I left. Approximately 15 minutes spent as a first time customer in this establishment without being able to reserve a table or talk with someone who worked there who knew how to either. A few friends and I decided to come in a few months ago, our server Timberly was wonderful! So much so we made it our Saturday spot! She told us to come see her on Thursday's cause that's when she Bartends, so we did and her drinks were on point! She's very friendly and Bubbly and just a great person to be around. We started coming very regularly and always asked to see her. We came in a couple Thursdays ago for happy hour as usual, she wasn't there, I don't remember the bartender that was working but she seemed to only care about the regulars she knew. Came back this past Saturday and asked for Timberly and was told she no longer works there. We got a table anyway, and the service was horrible. it wasn't too busy it was only 6-7 pm. We waited almost 20 mins for our first round of drinks and then had to go to the bar to find our server and ended up ordering our food and next round there. When the server finally did come back we were on our 3rd round of drinks and she didn't even realize we had ordered and eaten our food. I don't think we'll be back. Very disappointed as we loved...
