This location is by far the worst location I have ever been to. I live near this location so I go to it because of conveince, but after today I will not go here anymore. I ordered using the Burger King app (you would think it would be “fool proof” this way, well it is not AT ALL!) and my food was wrong. I did not have a larger order by any means. I ordered a whopper, whopper jr. and 2 orders of fries. I ordered the whopper jr. with no cheese, well of course it had cheese on it. They ask you if you want cheese or you don’t want cheese when you order in person or in the drive thru, so why is it so hard to not put cheese on a burger? Apparently it is… one of my orders of fries ended up being an order of chicken nuggets so I went back inside and let the employee behind the counter know. It seemed as though I was inconveniencing him listening to music and talking to the other employees in the kitchen and basically just threw 9 fries in the small bag and handed it to me. He was handling all of the food with no gloves while I watched him scratch his head and not wash his hands. Also, when my son and I walked in to pick up the food, the floor in the pickup/dining area was so sticky our shoes were sticking to the floor. I normally don’t like to complain about things, and this is not the first time I have had an issue at this location, I am just now taking the time to write a review because I am simply fed up with this establishment and will not return to this location after today. This store is poorly ran and poorly maintained. The employees are rude and unsanitary. Read moreDuring my experience on Thursday 10/28 I went in the inside and ordered the 2 for $10 deal. I requested and double quarter pounder and impossible burger. My order was rang up as a single quarter pounder. I waited almost an hour for my food. During this hour wait I saw so many things I was disturbed by. For starters the 2 Spanish girls working the fries kept wishpering to each other talking about customers, the boy that rang me up was walking back and forth in the front with his pants hanging down low on his phone texting, there was a customer that told the manager she was over charged $10 and the manager told her she couldn't get her money back because she couldn't go back to see her transaction when she had just ordered her food, the workers were very rude to customers wanting to argue and yelling at them, all the online orders were completely back up and nobody seemed to care about providing any levels of customer service. It was the worst experience I every had in a food place. It was very rude and unprofessional on all levels. I will never return here ever again nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. Read moreI am never coming back to this burger king anymore. I am by far greatly astonished how the manager of this burger king has the worst hospitality for the guests. I am told by the "manager", which has NO NAME because the front attendant does not want me to know her name when I asked her that, I am suppose to be the one that has to tell the cashier that takes the order from the drive through that I don't want cheese in my whopper and whatever I don't want. Pretty much I need to instruct the cashier. Well, if she was not in a hurry to clear the whole drive through, NONE OF THIS ISSUE WOULD HAVE HAD HAPPEN. Cheese is an easy upsell and I usually prefer cheese. How was I suppose to even add what I want if she was in a rush. Better yet, the manager told me if I want cheese, its "60" cents, CASH. Where am I suppose to grab 60 cents from? I understand its rush hour or matter of fact it wasn't really that busy just a drive through with probably 3-4 cars max. Its not about the money but your attitude. Don't work there just to collect a paycheck. I am pretty sure someone out there can have more calm and collective attitude and a can do attitude.
