Terrible customer service, rude employees and orders hardly ever right . You will stand in long lines because usually only 1 person working. All employees are not Starbucks employees they are target so they don’t care . Sell reusable cups but don’t ever had lids for them . In my history of my Starbucks card it shows I paid for drinks for the last couple of weeks from here , was supposed to get a free drink for terrible service but young man was rude and told me I already got it which was not true because my history proves it . I was highly embarrassed in front of customers waiting in line behind me when employee kept telling me I got my drink . I basically walked out . Took a drink and my drink was totally ruined....had way more than 2 pumps. If I'm paying 6 plus dollars for a drink and I do this a couple times a week, I want exactly what I order. Read moreAbsolutely the worst. I had a simple request when ordering 8 drinks and sandwiches. I requested they open the package and simply remove the cheese from one sandwich. The girl absolutely refused even asked her had it to me and I would remove it. Again she refused. Every other Starbucks in the world has graciously done so. You can bet Starbucks just lost a customer. Maybe since they cater to all the snowflake demands etc etc they should have a sandwich option for those of us lactose intolerant. #neveragain...
