Poor management!!! I have never been so insulted and dismissed like this in my life. At first, everything is normal I pull up and place my order in the drive-thru. I then proceed forward to the window and pay, the young lady even tried to up-sell as she took my order which was great! Then she returns my card and passes me my drink. (I'm thinking Great! this will be quick!) WRONG!!! I waited at the window for 5 min then she returns and said " We ran out of hot sauce so do you still want it or what?" I tell her I will pull forward and come in. I do just that and I attempt to get her attention and she completely ignores me. Then from the lobby, the manager says how can I help you. I explain to her that I waited at the window for 5 minutes only to be told you don't have what I ordered, then I asked can you substitute the sauce with something else. (The manager, begins to speak to me as if I were her child in a belittling tone) Sir if you don't stop yelling I will just give you your money back and you won't get anything. Then she raises her voice saying "Well sir I was conducting interviews"! At that point, I simply asked how is that solving my problem she didn't even check to see if my order was even made. She then proceeded to cancel the order and literally threw the receipt on the counter saying here you go sir please leave. (In which the funds have not been returned to my account yet!) What was more insulting is she attempted to call 911 or 311 to have the police escort me off the premises like I was a juvenile delinquent. Her conduct was completely unacceptable toward a paying customer. If I could contact their supervisor I would however if she is the general manager I can only imagine how she treats her employees. Her conduct doesn't represent the Burger King brand of excellence. In any case, I will never stop at this particular Burger King even if it was the only thing open, I'd rather starve than deal with that...
Read moreI went to the burger king on Livingston road on Saturday September 18 around 8pm. At first I didn’t think it was open because the light was so dim. I realize it was open when I got closer and saw someone ordering at the register through the window.
I went inside and looked at the menu and decided to order the buy 1 get 1 for a $1 promo. The guy at the register said “we are no longer doing that. It changed to The new deal : 2 for $6 and these are the sandwiches available.” I said well you need to honor the order and change the advertisement. He told me he couldn’t. I was with someone so instead of pushing the matter I proceeded my order and got the 2 for $6 and some additional items (2 for $10, another 2 for $6 and a 2 for $10,8 piece mozzarella sticks, nuggets and a icee) I waited a long while before finally receiving my food. Once home, I sat down to eat. The food was unsatisfactory. The mozzarella sticks looked to be about 5 days old. The cheese was COMPLETELY dried on the inside and was BROWN in the middle. The original chicken sandwich was DRY. The “chicken” was flatten and dry. And after a bite i realize that the flavor was weird too. So I immediately took the items back (2 towns over) When I got there, the lobby was closed (9:13) they were closed and cleaning. I knocked on the door and pointed at the bag they let me in. Other than the guy mopping, No one was wearing a mask. I told Manager the food situation and showed him the food. he apologized and offered to fix my order. I told him I didn’t want to eat at that location ever again. I went online and did the survey on the receipt. Waiting for Corporate...
Read moreIf their mission is to burn my impossible whopper they NEVER fail!!! That mission is always completed. They will ALWAYS burn my impossible whopper to the point it’s un-enjoyable and I can’t finish it. This Burger King location sucks. No churros, no milkshakes, no reputable customer service. I rather drive 20 mins to get to the other location than drive to this location that’s 5 mins away. They need major training on the food line, majorrr. Maybe someone from the Waldorf location can come help!!!! I spit my food out and didn’t tell my boyfriend bc he bought the food and in the other room I heard him do THE SAME THING. Nasty location. Maybe investing in renovations could help the ambiance of location and training on the food line could help the taste of food and customer...
