The service was absolutely terrible. My order was completely wrong in that all of the toppings, aside from the cheese, were swapped. I called to have my issue resolved only to have them hang up on me. I had hoped it was a mistaken disconnect however I called 3 times afterwards and no one picked up. In fact, I called and let the phone ring the whole time I was on my way back to the store, only to find that the two workers were there with no customers. I WATCHED at they just let the phone ring. Once I explained my issue, the guy that was there didn't apologize or say a word. He just issued my refund and that was it. Didn't offer a replacement or apology. NOTHING! She then got mad because i told her it was unsanitary and to change her gloves. She then said that the counters are cleaned, and that it was fine.
