I visited this location yesterday for my daughter’s birthday and shortly regretted going shortly after. When we got to the location the front desk rep (Alex) seemed so uninterested in helping the customer. Once we purchased the play card , my guest and I literally walked the entire floor to find seating and mostly all the tables were not clean. I had to pull out my own wipes to clean the tables. After we seat I went to order some food , I wanted a particular flavor wing that was on the menu but learned they didn’t have that flavor. I wanted a salad and noticed that the salad bar didn’t have salad and had to ask for the salad bar to be replenished. When I got our food we literally had to walk in the kitchen to get the food. The metal plate was so hot ! We never had to get our own food from the kitchen at any other location. When the food got to the table the food was luck warm the French fries from the sampler were cold with burnt ends. I asked for another order of fries but learned that they had o my been warmed up in the microwave. There were no to go boxes for any left overs we had (I spent at least $150 on food)! After while my daughter had to use the bathroom. The bathrooms were not cleaned , every toilet had urine in it AND THERE WAS NOT SOAP , PAPER TOWELS AND THE ELECTRIC HAND DRYER WAS BROKEN! How are staff washing and drying their hands after using the restroom. Totally wished I knew before we order food! I mentioned it to the manager and she said ( yeah I know). Afterward I purchased socks for my 2 kids to jump the trampoline and additional $24 on top of already spend $150 on food. It took 30 mins after the sick purchase for my kids to jump once the kids ran out to play games again and the returned to the trampoline being closed again! Upon departure my kids wanted to cash in their tickets and wanted a specific toy that was displayed and sure enough that toy was NOT available. This location is dirty , the workers don’t care and I’m very disappointed at the lack of concern !...

Visited this establishment on a Friday morning in July and I really like this CEC! It's kind of a newer one compared to the other ones in the area(Rockville, Laurel, Gaithersburg). I visited the first time the year after they opened in Summer 2014. One thing I really like abt this store is that this was one of the last Chuck E. Cheese's stores to get an animatronic as a part of the show! As you most likely know, CEC plans to remove the animatronics from many of their location and there are even some being removed as we speak. They have been in the process of phasing them out for years but when this store opened in 2013, they had planned to not produce them in stores anymore. Thankfully, this store actually has an animatronic and he works fine! One thing though when I visited he had really low air pressure which caused him to start moving slower and slower until his mouth didn't even work! Haha. But it's a good show. And it has the newer Circles Of Lights stage show which is dope! Now onto the games. The games looked cool! They still had some "classic Chuck E. Cheese games" like nicktoons racing and let's go jungle and some other games that even had the older designed avenger Chuck E. I didn't get to try the food since it was a short(er) visit but all CEC pizza tastes the same and I really like CEC pizza so I'm just gonna say the food was good. Great place to bring your family! Good food, good games, great entertainment, and fun for the...

I took my 3 year old son to this location for the first time since the one in Rockville basically had no games for toddlers. I like that this location has more space/games for toddlers his age. But I didn’t like that some rides and games shut down out of nowhere. My son really loved the ride that has the safari animals in it, we took a break to go eat and when we went back to this ride it wasn’t working anymore. Then like 4 other rides/games stopped working. We ended up leaving. When I was young and used to go to Chuck E Cheese and a game stopped working an employee would always come out to fix it, that wasn’t the case here. Also the fries were horrible, they were kinda burnt and just did not look appetizing at all. I guess Chuck E Cheese is just different now.. But the staff was very nice, especially the guys up front. Also the girl who was at the prize area was very sweet to my son. I wish I got their names so they can get credit lol. Overall not such a bad experience I think we will come here again, hopefully the games won’t shut...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service was terrible, many of the games didn't work and/or were SUPER outdated, and both the technical manager and the store manager were beyond rude. On top of all that, the staff didn't follow the protocol to safeguard the children by stamping their hands when they enter OR checking the stamp when they head out. That's one of Chuck E. Cheese's best qualities. You feel more comfortable letting your children run around and explore, but this location couldn't care less. Don't bother with this one. Go to the one on Nicholas Ave.
