My favorite Charley's is now the one located in Langley Park, Maryland. Every time I go to that location the cashiers are ALWAYS friendly and the server too. They always take time to help me with the app since I oftentimes get twisted up about which rewards to redeem. I love this location. Out of everyone of them (about 4) I've visited.

I don't buy much food but the chocolate chip cookies are the bomb.com. All I typically buy is the delicious lemonade 🍋. My favorite is a lemonade with a chocolate chip cookie. So, I guess I simply go for dessert; although, I do get a cheese steak every once in awhile. I've personally never really had an experience with a "disrespectful" cashier. However, if I did, I would remember that none of us are perfect and we all get a pass for making a mistake. I try to give grace to people since we all go through life challenges sometimes. I ordered from door dash. The “food” arrived at a decent time, but when I opened it, there were no ingredients that I ordered on the sandwiches AT ALL (it was basically bread that looked so sad and dry)! Now, have had really good selections from Charley’s before… so I’m thinking this is a franchise that isn’t following corporate standards. I’m not going to get too deep nor do I want to send negativity, but the truth is the truth! I’ll just go to the other location in Alexandria… NEVER had a bad order from there.
