Caton's Pizza & Sub — Restaurant in Maryland

I tried to give this place a chance, i really did, the employees are fairly nice, but the food is not good at all. The last time I ordered they messed it up after I explained in detail what I wanted, it took almost 2 hours for the food to be delivered, was not hot, and the worst part of all was the Buffalo wings were not done, and very dangerous to eat like that, and this has happened every single time I ordered the buffalo wings, they were very under cooked and I got sick the first time. The last time I ordered I called back and complained, ofcourse the manager was not available, I wanted my money back, but they remade the ordered that I had to go and pick up because they are short of drivers, and they STILL did NOT cook these wings fully. I spent my hard earned money, over $50 for my family and it was a complete waste of time and money. I had to go hungry and gave my kids the nasty pizza that came from there. I will NEVER EVER go to this place again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I am still very upset because it's not just this place, it's just about every restaurant in this city of Baltimore, people don't take any pride or effort into making the customer happy, nobody wants to do their job, and people just don't care. This city has the worst food and service i have ever had to endure, and it's getting...

Just an awful experience. Ordered delivery. Both subs we ordered were completely done wrong. I ordered a simple cheesesteak with lettuce and mayo...they made it with fried onions...yuck. My husband ordered a 12" Italian Meatball...he got a 8" cheeseburger sub.....not even close. We called in to let them know. They said they didnt have meatballs...um ok how about a call to inform your customer that you dont have what they ordered so they can pick something else...No instead they just picked a meat item off their menu like we wouldn't notice or care....Sorry not this time! So I just said we dont want the meatball sub just our money back for that one and remake the cheesesteak. It literally took over and hour for me to get my remade sub and they didnt even tell the delivery guy that I was supposed to get my money back. Worst customer service ever!!! Dont order from here. Mozzarella sticks weren't cooked all the way (again w/ the fries, I guess that's how they do it), they didn't had Sierra Mist, and they rose the actual price (which I think is wrong), so I microwaved the mozzarella sticks to complete their job. The cheese weren't melted, until I microwaved them. Had to call the delivery man for my dollars, bc there was a misunderstanding with the change. I gave him 81 more cents, so he didn't had to give out coins, since delivery people don't do coins. He thought I meant the dollars, too. No. So, I got my money, and he decided to return the coins that I wanted him to keep. Because he's a generous man, this place gets three stars instead of one. This may be my last time...
