Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Maryland

I don't get to this Chick-fil-a location very often and after this morning I'm thinking that may be the best thing. I went through the drive-thru and it was the slowest one I've ever been in. Sadly, there's none of the usual CFA efficiency here. I ordered an 8 count nugget, Chicken Bagel Meal (they no longer do spicy breakfast at this location), Chicken Scramble Bowl, and a chicken biscuit. Once I got to the window they told me there was a 2 minute wait for the bowl, please pull around to the other side of the building. Not a problem. The bowl and the rest of the order did come out in about 2 minutes. Having had to wait I expected the meal to be hot and fresh, not really the case. The bowl was dry and warm, at best. There were about 3 pieces of chicken and a whole lot of breading crumbs. The nuggets were also a disappointment. Of the 8 nuggets, 4 of them were so small they shouldn't have counted as half-nuggets. This location is in need of major improvement if they want to even get close to the bar set at other local CFA's. I won't be rushing back...

Second visit in 2 weeks that has been an unpleasant experience. Seems this store is more focused on speed than accuracy lately. You're forced to order from one of the three employees who stand at your car and stare at you waiting to take your order rather than having the opportunity to actually take a minute and look at the menu. Ordered the wrong meal because of this last week, spoke to the Manager Veronica ... She said come back for a replacement order. Went back today and was told its against their policy to do this in the drive thru and to "drive around" to the window. I was greeted at the window by a young man who had no clue what was going on. He handed me my bag sending me on my way, not even realizing no one had swiped my "Chick Fil A" calendar card for the separate drink I had ordered. Told him he needed to charge me for this drink and both him and Veronica acted as though it was an inconvenience. I guess next time I'll be dishonest ? Opened my food and fries were cold along with no condiments. Poorly...

The food and staff it all the empty tables were dirty!! I had to use anti bacterial cleaner to clean out table to eat. All the empty tables were in this condition!! And the floor had pieces of food and trash scattered everywhere. The messed up part is that the manager and a staff member We're too busy setting up for a birthday party and kept trying to put the tables in a long row. So then they never wiped them off just put the table clothes on them and decorated them for the party!! How😖 disgusting😨😲!!! And the floor never got cleaned either!!! They were just so happy of how they set up the "Lil girls glam party" which consisted of nail Polish and face tattoo kits. But I just could not comprehend how they never cleaned up anything whole we were there. And I have Never seen a chick-fil-A like this EVER!!! And I know they would not allowthis behavior from their employees. So my mom and me were shocked!! I don't think we will ever go this store again!! SAD,...
