I had a box of house rice delivered to me, only to find the chicken was raw. I asked for a new order of cooked food and I was told to bring the raw meat to them. I paid for delivery so why should I have to come up there?!? Since I can’t feed my family raw food we’ll eat the cost of this meal tonight because I refuse to waste anymore time and money with them...customer service sucks, as well. All I wanted was a fresh order ,because I do understand we all make mistakes at times. But to give me uncooked food with a raw attitude is the reason for the one star (no star was not an option I’d give them a brick)
