The food was still good per usual; however, the service was an all time low. Me and my boyfriend went out to eat after work pretty late, we wanted to celebrate him getting a job but wanted something quick. The first issue arose when we ordered on one the screens and tried to get water cups and didn’t see anything else so we mistakingly grabbed regular cups. The staff there accused us of stealing and said we have to pay for the cups but didn’t let us clarify that we were just trying to get water cups and we ended up paying for regular drinks. The best cheeseburgers ever!!!!! A high price at/around the $10 dollar mark, but small in comparison to the size of the burger!! II had no regrets after eating and seeing true 5 star burger made with love, with freshest toppings to boot, and added plus one average joes can still afford. It is exactly what you would picture a ultimate burger to be. Not, what the Fast food chains made you think a burger should be.. from the meat hit so many times with a mallet the ground beef so thin that it can barely stay together. With the main portion is the condiments soup with buns stale buns three times the size of the burger. Wake up from the nightmare now and go get a part of the five guys burger dream....Oh the fries awesome like...

Ordered online arrived 15 minutes later and stood and waited another 20 more minutes. Total chaos, no organization. Would give negative stars if it was an option. It's 8 pm on a Sunday. This isn't a dinner rush. With 8 employees you would think something could get done. You may need someone new on fries, they clearly suck. Fist time visiting this location and will be the last. I could have drove to the glen burnie location and back faster than I waited for...
