I ordered a lot for my daughter’s birthday, and all the food was excellent. That’s about all that was great about my experience. When I went to get my order 3 middle aged people were out front, one girl and two men. I was approached by one male while I walked into get my order and was asked for money. I told them I didn’t have any. When I got inside, my order wasn’t ready and I had to go back to my car because I had a cake and balloons in the car and they needed the air on. When I left the store, I was approached by the other man asking for money again and I told him the same thing I told the other guy with him, that I had no cash to give them. He told me the lady wanted to talk to me over there, I said no. He then proceeded to follow me to my car, and I told him to leave me alone and back off, he said some choice words and flipped me off, but backed off finally when I screamed BACK OFF. I called the store to see if this was usual for their patrons to be bothered like this and they said the police were there yesterday for the same thing and that I should call the non-emergency number if I felt scared. That’s exactly what I did and the department said they never had a call yesterday from the restaurant and they keep a detailed report for each call and take each one very seriously. They sent 3 cars and escorted each person off the property, and I was able to go back in to get my food. I told the employe that said he called yesterday, they had no record of his call, and his reply is they are closed on the weekend and don’t take calls then. I knew he was lying, but chose to let him know he should be cautious if they come outside the store again, because if they could harass me, they would have no problem harassing them too. I will NEVER be back to this location. Watch your surrounding and never turn your back if you...
Read moreThe general manager is rude and has poor business practices and customer service. It was my 1st time going to any Ledo Pizza. I entered and began to ask him a question and without looking he motioned and mumbled that the girl would take my order. I placed my order and said that I was going to Giant to purchase an item. My coupon didn't work and a manager had to assist which held me up. I returned 10min after closing hours to find them closed and my money ill-spent. I called the next business day and was told by the day shift manager that they should have waited, that I'd get a free pizza and my purchase credited. I returned several days later and got my free pizza, but told by a different male person that my receipt would have to be mailed because the manager wasn't there. I returned a couple of days later to make a purchase and inquire about my refund receipt only to see the same male person who said that he'd mail it direct me to the general manager who states that I was never to get a refund and that I took too long. The manager came out complaining and blaming me. Even after explaining what happened and what I was told by the female manager, he refused my promised refund. I refuse to patronize this...

Had a pretty bad experience last time which made me regret getting ledo's. My past two other experiences had been pretty positive but on one rainy friday evening everything that could go wrong went wrong sadly. The story: Online pickup was delayed a few minutes for garlic bread (which was just sliced french bread with cheese melted on top). Went home found out the chicken wings went missing from the deal. Called them up looking initially for a refund (it was still raining and the store looked like it was having trouble, also that shopping plaza is crazy at times). Called the store got passed around - again they were busy - some kind of communication issue where they kept thinking they missed the garlic bread, eventually got told no for a refund but offered a credit. At this time my wife just wanted the chicken wings so I told them to make it and I would be back in a few minutes. Drove back out, store still kind of busy but atleast they had my missing item ready once...
