Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars food, atmosphere, and service.

I came before 10:30 pm and was happy that the restaurant was open till 11 pm. I wasn’t expecting everything to be so dehydrated and old, including the peppers and onions. Apparently the workers who grill or replace food left by 9 pm. The salsa and guacamole area looked sloppy and unkept and old so I decided not to get anything. I did ask for management info and was treated rudely by an assistant manager named Karen who asked me if I was going to eat or complain. So I decided to share my experience on Google. A very negative experience I might reiterate. In fact, I do advise that folks read reviews of restaurants before they go so they may prepare themselves for possible outcomes. I should have read the reviews for this location and I would have seen that my experience was not unique. I myself will be paying more attention to Google Reviews when selecting a restaurants...

Went out with my husband in our way home, food taste was good but food preparation and presentation isn’t the best at this location. Our guacamole in the bowls had the wholes avocados in it, mine even still had part of the seed. My husband for medical conditions can’t have any other meat than chicken, they said they were out of chicken after putting half of the portion on my husband’s bowl so I said to the lady it was okay if she could complete it with any other chicken flavor they had, she used the chicken pastor flavor ( less than half of the spoon because they didn’t even have this flavor). She lied on this because we could literally see the guy behind her cutting more chicken that he just took out of the grilled. Guy at the register wanted to charge us with the price as if we were having the whole amount of chicken pastor flavor in that bowl. Service needs to do better in this...
