Ledo Pizza Damascus, MD — Restaurant in Maryland

The food was okay but I do not recommend dining in as out party had the worst service experience ever.

I decided to try the jumbo wings plain for the first time. Wow was I surprised at how delicious they were! They were juicy and large with a perfectly crispy skin. The wings had fat in each of the two style of wings so if you're not a fan I don't recommend it.

As for the pizzas, the cheese pizza came out over cooked, rubbery and chewy. The precooked bacon pizza came out with a bunch of black burnt bacon. The pepperoni came out steaming hot with very stringy cheese so it just fell off of every slice making it difficult to eat. Looking at all 3 pizzas I could see the inconsistency between the cooking and the amount of cheese put on each pizza. The pizzas were all okay but not great as each had a slight issue with them.

Trying to reheat the overcooked cheese pizza was disgusting since it was just chewy since the cheese was way overcooked. Gross.

We came in for dining in and our table had the worst experience that any of us have ever had in a restaurant. Every entree came out at different times. The first entree for 2 people came out 15 minutes before the other 2 patrons foods! That is the most unacceptable thing I have ever seen at a restaurant. Then the 3 pizzas came out at different times at a 5 minute difference, so the elderly person in my party was the last person to eat. The 2 who had food had to feel awkward the whole time they ate, while the 2 people who didn't have food were torturted while they were hungry waiting for their food and watching others eat. Ridiculously unacceptable we were all completely shocked and our waitor couldn't have cared less. Or waiter also never refilled any of our drinks with us having to ask. Never really got into square pizza but tonight my son wanted to try it. Place is clean and very busy with take outs. We ate there and as soon as we were seated the waitress was very nice to us. Good conversation and seemed very interested in what we had to say. We had pizza with pepperonis, a steak and cheese sub. I was a bot surprised how good the sub was. Just lightly toasted and the flavor was pretty good. The pizza was unexpecting good also. Ive had ledos before a while back but i dont remember being this tasty. Anyway we all had full stomachs and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place for families with children. There were at least 6 families with kids there. Good...

Very friendly staff. I thought I lost an expensive earbud and when I called them they were so kind and helpful to me. They hadn't seen it but when I stopped back by to check in person, the manager had personally come out and had already checked and moved the booth just to look which was so very nice. He was not the one I had spoken to on the phone, so I knew one of the staff had brought it to his attention. I was really surprised and appreciated knowing that the team tried to jump in and recover my last item. It was nice to feel cared about with that attentive customer service. Oh!
