My goodness. I have ordered from many chipotles all over the US and the world, and I have never, in all my years, experienced a more appallingly and incompetently run location than this. I’ve ordered five times (never again), and FOUR times the orders have been completely wrong. Not even close. Pay extra for guacamole on three bowls? Nope! Not included! Allergic to sour cream, so never order it? Giant scoop of it right on top! Today was the worst experience yet—one of the two bowls I received was for a completely different person (sorry Kaitlyn!), so obviously it was wrong. The other bowl had my name on it, but EVERY SINGLE element was wrong, other than the cheese. Rice, beans, salsas, chicken, lettuce, guacamole, ALL WRONG. And of course, sour cream that I didn’t order was included, so I couldn’t even pick around the elements that I could eat. How pathetic do you have to be that you can’t get A SINGLE ELEMENT correct??? The level of incompetence at this place is bordering on criminal. They are stealing money from people and giving them nothing close to what they ordered. I see there are complaints going back months about the same issues as mine, yet no corrections or progress have been made. Does the manager/owner care so little for his investment/business that he doesn’t even attempt to improve these things? Maybe they can aim for 50 percent correct instead of the current 0 percent? Read moreIf I could give a minus rating, it would be lower than a 1. Ordered a "Chicken Burrito Bowl" delivered (Door Dash). Order showed up with only a few small pieces of chicken in the bowl. No rice, beans, or anything else. Checked to make sure it was ordered correctly, and it was. We had ordered the same way we have three other times without any problem. They screwed it up. Tried repeatedly to call but only got a recording saying to call the number on the email confirmation they sent. We never received an email from them. After trying numerous times, we had to drive over there and ask to see the manager. When the girl behind the counter saw us walk in with the bag she said, "Chicken Burrito Bowl"? (This tells me they knew they screwed the order up.) I asked to see the manager and (long story short) he refused to correct the order or refund us our money. He even told us that we would have to wait in line to "reorder". (Despite seeing that I walk with the help of a cane). By this time my wife and I were so fed-up and frustrated we just dropped the bag on the counter and walked out. Read moreI get the impression that most of the employees have never worked in food before as they tend to slop the food when serving and sometimes have trouble keeping the food bar clean. But this seems to be slowly improving.
This location usually has the freshest salad dressing of any location in the surrounding areas which is a huge plus for me.
This location did help clarify the additional charge for extra sides which other locations will try to charge without fully understanding it...if you order three extras (in the side cups) there's a charge. I've run into this issue with other locations when trying to ask for a third salad dressing, because most locations do not measure and you'll get a dressing container with a thimble of dressing in it. Point is there is a 2 dressing limit when you order a salad, requesting a third puts you at qty 1 extra, since the first two are included, and you should not be charged as if you have 3 extras. I appreciated them taking the time to explain this, and appreciate it even more that the dressing is usually fresh and decently poured.
