but I wanted to post another review but not sure how to or if since I reviewed it a year ago.. that I can't. Which seems odd so if anyone knows how to, please share. So my only option was to "edit" the one I submitted a year ago. I will say this though, it's kind of ironic that a year ago my review was "Never had anything bad here" and now I'm writing this one. However, i want it to be known that it wasn't necessarily bad this time, the order was slightly (and i use slightly very nicely) wrong due to a miscommunication on whomevers fault. Not sure if it was mine or theirs. However, This review is SOLELY based on their customer service & just like I reviewed the food with 5 ☆'s. The customer service & professionalism (especially for the food industry; I worked in it for many years so I know how it can be.) was nothing short of ☆☆☆☆☆'s! And those 5☆s absolutely go to their Manager on duty by the name of, "Ashley". So we had a miscommunication error like I said on whoever's part. So I simply called & spoke to the manager by the name of ASHLEY. She was extremely understanding & apologized multiple times, at which I told her there was no need to apologize & that it was clearly a miscommunication error. Regardless though, I respected her nicest/decision because I have to imagine people abuse the food industry & complain about food that was perfectly OK but do so just to get FREE food. (Actually scratch the word that I used "imagine", i KNOW it happens) and I've never had to "complain" about anything from Ledos but as I dialed their #, I'd be lying if it didn't cross my mind that, "what if they think I'm lying or something about my order being wrong?" And that may seem weird to some.. that I thought that way and I wont get into it (only because this review is way to long already) but I even told the manager Ashley why I felt that way & it had to do with something that a family member did some 20 plus years ago. Anyway, this comment was only meant to give praise to Ashley, the MOD at this Ledos location for her courteousness, professionalism, friendliness, and just her overall understanding. Long comment, I know! But I enjoy writing on behalf of someone, especially when it was a positive experience. Read moreOn Friday February 21st my fiancé and I walked in around 5:30 for dinner. I had asked do we just have a seat. The young man that was at the front said “yes you can take a seat wherever you like and someone will be with you” We went to the booth in the back. We hadn’t been waited on yet, but I was OK with that because I just figured the girls were trying to finish up with the other tables and they will be with us as soon as they can. After 15-20 min. A family of four, A family of three, and a husband and wife went to the back of the restaurant and sat down. As soon as they sat down they had water, plates and was asked if they needed time. At that point my patience was done. I had asked one of the young girls is there something that we had to do because everyone else is being waited on and we have not. She was very sweet and looked very shocked that we had not been Waited on. I heard her go up to the front and ask the girls what was going on, and why we hadn’t been waited on. They had acted completely bothered that I had even asked the question of why is everyone else being waited on. Read moreI usually dont like to be the person that gives bad ratings but our visit last night was sib par. First we had the person on the phone repeat our order to make sure we were clear, then when we got there they said they messed up on half of the pizza so they were making us another smaller size to take home. So we thought no big deal, we got a free pizza so thats great. Then they called us up to get our food and we checked and the new pizza wasn't the right one. Then I asked for some pesto on the side and got an odd look from the lady behind the counter before being charged a doller for a half full cup of pesto. ( I just dont think people in the food industry (I've worked in the food industry mind you) should give any judgey or odd looks over someone elses order. But anyway, they took another 5 minutes to bring out the right corrected pizza and we finally get out of there to go home to find the original large pizza we ordered was cold and wasn't cut ...
