The food was phenomenal. I had the drunken noodles as did my friend. We both asked for chili oil that was pretty void of any oil in both our containers. Not a huge deal. However getting a waiter to see to our needs we constantly had to flag someone down. Just to put in our order or ask for water or if the oil could be adjusted or for anything whatsoever, it was just every time a massive effort to get any attention paid to us at all. No one stopped by and asked how we liked our food which was delicious. Even to pay and get take out boxes I literally had to practically go into the kitchen to say “hey when you get a chance, if you could stop by our table, that would be fantastic. “To me this is not good customer service. And even though the food is so so good it makes me not want to go again. It makes me not want to tell anyone I know to go there. I was trying to have a really nice outing with my friend and it was a distraction and quite unfortunate. It wasn’t even like they were crowded and overrun with people so I don’t understand why it seemed as though we were completely invisible when the table right across from us had not the attention of one waiter, but three separate waiters. I just don’t understand that level of disrespect so that is why I cannot give this restaurant more than four stars and if there was a rating to give the service a -0 that’s what...

This was my favorite restaurant when it Sesame and Olive but now that it has changed hands I' m very disappointed. First my won ton soup was barely warm and only had 2 won tons in it. Then I got my spring rolls, they use to be my favorites, however they have changed. They were more like an egg roll and the pastry was greasy and look as if they were cook in old oil. For my entree I ordered sweat and sour shrimp. Ok, now I got a ton of shrimp but way to much breading and the sweat ad sour sauce was neither sweat nor sour, it was pretty tasteless. My dinner companion, who has also been a fan of the old restaurant, was equally disappointed. Their Salmon Teriyaki was raw in the center. Overall it was not a pleasant dining experience especially for $30 for my meal alone. It will be awhile before I'll go there again. Maybe give the new owners time to settle in and perhaps bring back some of the old recipes. One thing I'd like to add is some the reviews from 4 months ago were prior to them changing the recipes etc. I was there early fall and the food was still good.
