At 8:00pm I placed an order, watched as the tracker barely moved but just thought maybe they were a tad bit busy. At 9:30 I called the store seeing if there was an issue with finding my home. The first person to answer continued a conversation with someone else in person, after saying hello 3 times they finally responded. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me that she was in the bathroom and he could not bring the phone to the bathroom. Very unprofessional. Once the manager Roxanne got on the phone she was very rude and combative, interrupting my every sentence and placing the blame on me for ordering online. She stated that they only had 1 delivery driver & 2 people in the kitchen. I let her know that I placed the order at 8:00pm and it was now pass 9:30pm and still have no food. She continued to place the blame on her employees without even giving so much as an apology or solution. After her interrupting me several times, I told her that she was disrespectful, unprofessional, and incompetent. She hung up in my face so I decided to drive to the store. Upon getting there, I waited over 10 minutes for Roxanne to come to the front and speak with me. Waiting I noticed, 4 people working and at least 4 delivery drivers. The store was disgusting. Trash everywhere, food all over the floor. A mess. When she finally came out, She claimed that she was not being disrespectful but that she was just trying to explain that because I placed my order online it took longer. I asked her to give me the information to her boss or the franchise owner. She told me that she would not give me that information and I needed to search online for it. I told her that she needed to give me the name of her supervisor so that when I made my complaint I would know who it went to. She began looking on her cell phone for a name/number I guess. As she looked I told her that I would be sure to include the audio from our phone conversation in the email to see how corporate would like how she speaks with customers. She visibly got angry and told me that I had no right to record her and that I needed to leave the store. I told her sure, I can absolutely do so after she finishes giving me the information I asked for. She then picked up the phone. I assumed she was calling her boss or supervisor but I then heard her say that there was an customer who refused to leave her store and being irate and unruly. Which was a shocker to me because I had not even raised my voice at the woman. She described me to the police as a angry african-american woman with a grey coat and white scarf and that she needed someone to come immediately. When she hung up the phone, she finished writing down a phone number and handed it to me. When I reached for the number she loudly proclaimed “dont reach behind the counter” as if I was attacking her. I told her that I was touching the exact paper she was handing to me and that I felt she was purposely being dramatic to escalate the issue. The visit ended with her falsely calling the police to the store. Being 5 months pregnant this could have went very bad if I weren’t so calm. After she gave me the paper, I left the store and sat outside to wait for the officer. She quickly ran behind me and locked the door as if I was being irate or a danger to her. Again, escalating for dramatic effect. While waiting she laughed with the employees. The officer said that she offered to give me a refund which was untrue because I was paying cash for the delivery I never received after 2 hours. The officer noted how calm I was and apologized for even having to come out for basically no reason. He told me that she was now banning me from the store for trespassing and asked me to step inside for her to tell me. I refused stating that I would not step foot back in that store and that she needed to come out in the cold with us to tell me herself. Read moreI ordered a medium size pizza and hot chicken wings, I was checking the order on online tracker, it says that the order has been delivered, I waited 30 minutes, called the store to find out where was my order, the woman who answer the phone said that the driver has left without the order; you can imagine my frustration; I asked to speak to a supervisor, a guy by the name Sean or Shawn came on the line and told me like it was nothing, " the order still here and there is nothing that I can do" I said What? it is been more than an hour and you telling me that there is nothing that you can't do? I ask for his name he said it was Sean or Shawn; then he said the order will be sent when the driver comes back, I said I do to want a cold pizza and chicken wings, I need my money back on my credit card, then he said it will take 3 to 4 business days for the refund, to which I replied that is not good, you took my money the order was never delivered and now I have to wait for the money 3 to 4 business days, I said what is your name and last name, he hung up on me. I kept calling back and every time they will answer they will hung up the phone. Unbelievable nasty customer service, and I will follow thru with headquarters at Dominos, they can not treat people in that manner, and expect to get away with it; This is the Dominos in Owings Mills by Giant food supermarket. After waiting 20 min for a 5 minute drive per Google maps and no texts with ETA and/ 2 calls to try and reach store with being on hold 15 minutes with repeated menu ads and NO staff answering phone- someone (male, no name given) finally answered and when explained we didn’t want food sitting in someone’s car for 1/2 hour plus for ? Reason and had to sit and wait at door for driver who still had not shown up to try and cancel.order iand is still not here and declined to wait to see where driver went- obviously not here - requested cancel order and the staff hung up on us. HORRIBLE service. After 3rd attempt to call Brandon answered phone fairly quickly, very polite and immediately texted a cancellation text. Will have to wait and see if it was cancelled or not. Don’t send order out texts if you’re not going to be honest and indicate why you’re delayed. Grubhub etc gives you projected ETA for example that matches google maps drive time - so businesses can approximate travel time. Driver showed up 7:46 pm and did NOT know order was cancelled!
