Take a look at my photos, does that look like chicken enchiladas with no cheese? Nope! Pre-ordered online on Cinco De Mayo. It said a 90 minute wait for pick up, which was understandable on Cinco De Mayo. Got there 90 minutes later and food was not ready. The manager took a picture of the order on my food. The kitchen looked like chaos through the door. After 30 minutes later the same manager came to ask what I was waiting on again. Then waited another 20+ minutes for the food to finally come out. He apologized profusely but offered no compensation, no coupon for next time. But wait, it gets worse! My order was wrong too, they did beef instead of chicken, then they added cheese on top as the order says not to, plus there was no salsa in the bag, only chips. I can not see us ever returning after this. Unfortunate since we are local and had been here a couple times before. Theres plenty of Hispanic restaurants to pick from in the area that are better organized to provide the proper service & food.

I can honestly say this was probably the worst bland Mexican food I have ever eaten in my life. I had to actually season my food and put it in the air fryer. I actually ate my whole meal sadden and disappointed. I never had spaghetti sauce on Mexican food before . My whole meal looks like something my toddler made. And the food just tasted old, If I wanted real food I would have just made Mexican food myself . Idk who was in the back cooking with a blind fold on & not a care in the world. Note to everyone. Don’t go into a place that’s completely empty ! Even the chips were nasty & I never ever in my life write reviews.I don’t even know why this place is open honestly . I feel bad . I’m actually very upset I keep coming back to add more to my review.

The food is amazing and FRESH!!! I couldn't get enough of their table side guacamole - I could have just eaten it with a spoon!!! The fajitas were a mound of sizzling deliciousness and the tamales were THE best I have had since "The Tamale Man" in Texas - they were packed full of meat, flavorful and not even a smidgen dry. Now, as for the drinks.... aaaaahmazing!!!! My husband tried the mango special and loved it, and I had THE BEST Modelo Chelada I think I have ever had (well, their version, obviously). Next time I will ask for picanté. All in all, this was a wonderful, very filling, attentive, delicious experience, and we WILL be back!!!!

After several visits, I'm afraid to say I'm having to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Myself, my husband, and my grown daughter went there on Sunday, 9/1/19, and everything was just off that day. The place appeared to be well-understaffed, and our server appeared completely young and unprofessional. She asked us what we wanted to drink with her long fingernail in her mouth. She left and came back several minutes later, pointed at us, and left the table to return a few minutes later with our drinks, nearly spilling one of the waters while trying to set them on the table, and then she giggled about it. I had ordered a diet coke with lime; my companions ordered water with lemon. There was no lime in my drink and when we asked, she pointed at the bowl of lemons she had brought. My daughter had to explain to her what a lime is (oh, it's the green one, she said).

Our table side guacamole was made by a young man who looked to be about 14 years old and extremely not friendly (only spoke to us once about ingredients). Our chips were nearly gone by the time the guac was prepared, so we sat there for several minutes anticipating someone may come by so we could ask for more chips. Finally another lady came by (possibly the manager or bartender?) to ask if we needed anything. We asked her for some chips and the lime that I still didn't have. She walked by us again several minutes later with no chips or limes and did not acknowledge us. Finally our server came back, and asked if we were ready to order. We asked for more chips so that we could enjoy our guac (this time, at least we got one thing we asked for -- more chips) and our check. (If things were this bad already, why make matters worse by ordering a meal!?!)

A side note: My knife was filty as well. :-( Normally that would be the worst part of a dinner out, but sadly, it was not.

My husband asked on the way out to pay if they were short-staffed and it was acknowledged that this was the case. Business owners: if you do not have the proper personnel to run a business, you are much better off closing for the day rather than provide this level of service and risk losing customers. This may be the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Completely devistated that this place went from one of my favorites to a place I may...

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My friend and I went for happy hour. We specifically asked for a happy hour menu. We asked the waiter for the drinks for happy hour. So we ordered. We thought since he gave us that menu the drinks would be for $5 . Got the bill back and we were charged 12$ each for our drinks. Then, the waiter was not knowledgeable of the menu at all. Told us to look at the description. For our first time there that is not what you tell customers. I asked for a quesadilla and got a taco. Was bland. Then we asked for the manager for the discrepancy of the cost of drinks and the manager says they enforce and strict policy and because we drank the drinks that we told were happy hours drinks we have to pay the 12$ instead of the 5$. Told us that only certain drinks are covered on the margarita menu for happy hour. Why not have a separate happy hour menu and why not tell us that when we asked for the happy hour menu! Horrible customer service. We will never be back there....
