Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

If I could give this place 0 stars, that's what this place would get. Our pizzas were $45, (FORTY FIVE DOLLARS!!!) for 3 pidad that were An hour and a half late, COLD, CRUSTY & HARD!!! Then when we called 4 different times during that hour they were late, over the 30 mins we were quoted when it was ordered, we were told it will be there in 20 mins EVERY TIME, THAT'S WHAT WE WERE TOLD THE 1ST 3 TIMES WE CALLED!! The last time we called, I was rudely spoken to, told there wasn't anything that he (THE ASSISTANT MANAGER) could do. That he was sorry. Well sorry doesn't do anything for 4 hungry kids, that waited over 1 & 1/2 HOURS FOR COLD, HARD PIZZA!!!

I'm extremely disappointed by the lateness of the pizza, the cold/hard product we received and the ABSURDLY RUDE WAY I WAS SPOKEN TO & TOLD (BY THE ASST MANAGER) THAT HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, SAID SORRY AND THEN HUNG UP ON BY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER!!!!

I've been a manager at several different places, mostly food products & a different pizza place , I WOULD NEVER TREAT OR TALK TO CUSTOMER LIKE THAT, EVER!!!

I'M BESIDE MYSELF.... SO ALSO- I STOPPED INTO THE STORE ITSELF, AND WAS TREATED THE SAME WAY, WITH NO RESPECT AT ALL! BC WHEN I ASKED FOR THE G.M. HE TOLD ME THAT SHE WON'T BE BACK FOR 2 OR MORE WEEKS. AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE AREA MANAGERS NAME OR THE CORPORATE NUMBER, HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME EITHER!!

SO, apparently, this is my only form of communication with Dominos! And now EVERYONE can see it... instead of me being able to talk to a different person privately?! So, Richard of Lusby Dominos, I'm very disappointed and saddened for the events that accurd today, BOTH ON THE PHONE (4 different times) AND IN PERSON WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE! Hopefully someone will call me to clear this up, immediately !!...

02/06/22: Thank you Domino's. It was cooked to perfection on all the items. It was also EXTREMELY amazing by the "new" dipping sauces. It is a "bang-for-the-buck" and in a large size. Domino's, you saved my night for perfect food. Delivery person perfect in ringing the doorbell and leaving my items where I had stated in the order. This Domino's is amazing I give the thumbs up to all the workers and business owners.

Prior: Omg, made to perfect like my order instructions stated!!! This has to be one of the finest items made to order and they the employees did so. I/we like less cheese and more sauce, as noted in the photos done correctly. I have never order a sandwich from here, but today I did. At first thoughts I said way to much bread. But the bread was wonderful in the whole of other ingredients. Personally, I would have liked a bit more chicken (also I think the chicken is the used on the pizza as it tastes the same and same texture). The bread bites always amazing too... just wish they sent along a dipping sauce like other large chains.... All in all a perfect meal for many. And the driver prompt and professional. I just recently became a fan of Domino’s again. I got burnt out on it. I think it all started in the 10th grade. But that’s a whole different story. Anyhow, I have a wife that gets obsessed with things so I’ve probably ordered Domino’s like 3 times this week. Well tonight I take her pizza home and I dropped it. Right in front of her. The look of hurt and disappointment in her eyes. It was awful. So I order another pizza, pay and go pick it up. I tell Becky the employee what happened and I don’t know for sure, but I think she refunded me because I only see one charge from Domino’s tonight and I paid twice. That was really cool - I didn’t expect it. I dropped the pizza. Why should they have to eat the cost? Anyway - this store is always on point. Always nice and the pizzas...
