I do not usually go online to write reviews, but when you fail to deliver a pizza order nearly 3 hours after it is placed while my kids, husband, and father have been waiting and are hungry, it makes my blood boil. I have worked in the food industry, and currently in the service industry. I am disgusted in the lack of professionalism when answering the phone. The lack luster attitude of a person that is doing the bare minimum to get paid and you can tell by the tone of their voice they really do not care about you, your food, or the level of service they should be providing. It is all too obvious that they are just going through the minimal of motions to earn a paycheck. It is now 9:30 pm and I am looking to throw some food together on "Pizza night." My kids are upset because there is no pizza and I have to listen to their disappointed, hungry crying, not the people responsible for this. I was told that I could get a credit to my account. How does that help me in the now? It looks like we will be taking our weekly "Pizza night" somewhere who can handle it professionally. Doing the math, Dominos is going to loose a lot of $ in just this household. Not to mention, the brownies have arrived both burned or under cooked on 4 occasions in the past, the pizza has arrived stuck to the lid, the pan pizzas had burnt crust on several occasions, and the only good thing has been the delivery drivers. Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. This is coming from someone with YEARS of restaurant management. I have never ever been treated so poorly and received such horrible service. I never got my order. Was hung up on twice with no call back, I had to call 4-5 times. Then was sent the WRONG order and it was over 2 hours old.(time stamped on the sticker on the pizza box) Then was confronted by the delievery driver who demanded a tip. Even though I tipped on the app. Which is HILARIOUS because I was previously told it was my fault I didnt receive my order because they are doing contact less delivery and I didn't answer the ONE phone call I got to let me know my pizza was there.... so you can wave your pen around in my face and demand money but not ring my doorbell or knock on my door with your foot to let me know it was there? Then the manager was extremely rude on the phone and told me I placed several orders when I in fact did not. And he couldn't have acted any more like he didn't give a care in the world about my situation. So at this point it had been 2.5 hrs since my original order being placed so I asked for my money back just to find out a couple days later they charged me MORE than my original order even was!!!! Read moreI place an order for delivery at 1:07 pm. The driver Roxanne left the store to deliver at 1:20pm. The making of the pizza was real fast. Literally,I live right around the corner two minutes tops. I seen the driver rode right past my apartment complex and delivered to multiple people first. 30 minutes passed she still Delivering. I called the store to cancel my order, the lady rudely hanged the phone up. When I called back she tried to denied and say that the phone got disconnected. They have no customer service or people skills. Don't get mad at me because of your driver bad service.
To the driver, I know why you did what you did. Because you didn’t see any tip you feel like delivering my pizza was the last one going to be on your list. What you didn’t know I was tipping you in cash!! I will file a complaint against you and the person that rudely hunged the phone up.
