So I have completely had it with you dominos! I have been asking for a refund or free pizza for the issue I had. I have been trying for about a month now to get things sorted out and it seems NOBODY and I do mean NOBODY can solve my problem. I have taken this up the chain to the regional/ district manager and it seems he cannot solve my problem either. This is absolutely ridiculous that I am now begging for my money back for a pizza I NEVER ATE. I donāt know what I must do to get this issue resolved. Below is my initial complaint.
I am not sure who this email will reach, but my issue is NOT being handled at the store nor through its general manager. On 6/10 around 10pm I ordered a couple of pizzas for pickup at Store 4666 ( 506 S. Camp Meade Road). I was staying at the Sheraton hotel for a wedding I was in town for. They were ready in about 10 minutes, which seemed odd, but I did not question it. Picked them up, no problem. I get back to the hotel room, and notice the pizza seemed kinda flimsy. I bit into it and my dough was way to soft, almost like it didn't cook long enough. It was so soft i could not eat it. Keep in mind I am an avid Domino's pizza lover and eat it all the time. I know how the pizza should taste and look. This pizza totally missed the mark. I called back to the store and explained the situation to the employee who said they would remake it. I asked him if it could be delivered this time due to me not wanting to leave the hotel again. He said yes, but it would be awhile, around 45 minutes. I agreed and we hung up. I waited and hour and a half, and still no pizza. I call back and they my pizza is sitting at the store for pick up. I explain that that was not the case, it was supposed to be for delivery. He says it was some misunderstanding and offered to credit my account $25. I agreed and then asked for recommendations for something else, being I am not from the area, and he had nothing to say. Couldn't offer me any help. I then realize that my order was more than $25 it was closer to $35. I called back and explained it to him and he said he would give me another $25 credit. At this point I think $50 in credits is more than fair and would definitely be used. The next day I thought about it more and wondered how credits worked. I call the store to get more info and they say they can only be used at the store that gave them. Well that's pointless to me because I live in a totally different state. I call the store and speak to the manager Rob. He apologizes to me and says he would speak to his GM and try and figure something out. I also sent him pictures of the pizza. This was on Tuesday the 11th. I call back Wednesday the 12th and speak to Rob again, he said he has not gotten a chance to speak to his GM but assured me he would. I called back either the 14th or 17th and speak to Rob again. He seemed surprised that was calling again. He said he passed all the info to his GM and he was supposed to get in touch with me. I let him know that did not happen. He said he call them when he got free and let me know when he should be calling. At this point I don't know who is to blame.Rob or the GM. It is now the 21st and I have gotten NOTHING. NO phone call back nor my money back. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have made several attempts to rectify the situation and have gotten nothing. I shouldn't have to track down somebody to get my money back for food I didn't eat. Hopefully now I will get some type of help in...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI regret choosing the Dominoās in Linthicum Heights, MD, to take advantage of their unlimited toppings promo. Unfortunately, this location fell short in multiple areas. I asked for extra onions and mushrooms, but the amount they put on my pizza was so minimal it barely met what other Dominoās locations would consider a normal serving. It was frustrating to pay extra for so little.
The biggest letdown, however, was the crust. I typically choose Dominoās over other fast-food pizza places because of their Hand Tossed crust, which is usually seasoned with a delicious garlic-oil blend. Sadly, this pizza had almost no garlic flavor at all. It was clear they skimped on the seasoning, and I could barely taste it. It made the entire pizza feel bland and disappointing.
Overall, this pizza was a waste of calories, and I regret not choosing a different Dominoās location or even a different fast-food pizza chain. I wonāt be returning to this...
