Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides from Dominos on Freetown Road, we are a non-pork household and we ordered 2 pizzas without any pork products. We instead received 1 sausage+ham pizza and 1 chicken+bacon pizza, neither of which we can eat. So we politely called and asked that they resend the correct order, which they agreed to do. However, the second delivery was a single plain cheese pizza, and the delivery driver told us to call the store because the ticket he had (which he showed us) said the replacement for the two 2-topping pizzas we ordered was a single cheese pizza. WTH?! So of course we called the store AGAIN. The person we spoke with said the replacement for our original order of two 2-topping pizzas was in fact to be a single cheese pizza, and that we would have to speak with the manager. The manager got on and was very defensive, I said "we just want the pizzas we originally ordered, dude" - which set him off. He told me that I had gravely disrepected him by calling him "dude" (is that disrepectful?) and that because he doesn't tolerate that disrepect, he refused to send the correct order and was just going to cancel our order so after all of that we would not have anything to eat.... As I was getting angry, my sister took over the phone and tried to diffuse the situation, but this alleged manager told her that my disrepect had "ruined it for everyone here" and he would not correct their duplicate errors. As she continued to ask him to just send the correct pizzas, he changed his story and claimed that I used profanity when speaking to him (after originally claiming that the offense was calling him "dude"). He also refused to give us his name despite multiple requests. In any event, we never got the pizza we ordered and we were subjected to a kind of crazy person who threw around false accusations and gave the worst service of all time. And we have no food. Read moreWe've tried ordering delivery twice before from this place. They were online orders to a store with delivery as an option.. We waited almost 2 1/2 hours the first time and an hour the second time. We never received any call or contact informing us that our food would not be delivered. We had to call them to ask where our food was, at which point we were told they weren't making any deliveries at all. We canceled the first order and went with Pizza Hut. The second time, I asked them over the phone to change it to carryout. I was promised it would be expedited. When I showed up, they had no record of a carryout and only the cancelled delivery order, so even after driving out there in the rain in the middle of the night after calling to get our hour-late order changed to carryout, they had not given us anything to show for it. I also noted that although 3 people were working there, not a single one was doing anything. Another woman walked in right before me and had the same thing happen to her. They didn't even offer so much as a discount either time they screwed us over. I walked out with no pizza as I did not want to wait even longer. Based on the previous Google and Yelp reviews, this has been going on for quite some time and it is clear to me that management is at fault for not firing incompetent workers and getting delivery drivers. Read moreUpdate 08/2022 - This store accepted online orders on 8/6/22 however their internet was supposedly down, so many people showed up, did not get anything they ordered (and paid for). Even worse, the employee at the store did not answer the phone, saw that people were knocking on the door and stood there completely useless. Had it not been for an arriving delivery driver (which, how were they making deliveries if their internet was down?) explaining the situation we would have had no idea. Days later, no word on a refund, and the useless employees/ manager don't even pick up the phone.
This location NEVER makes pizzas correctly. There's always uneven slices, poorly distributed ingredients, and never enough sauce. Today we ordered a pan pizza, with extra sauce and there was absolutely NO sauce on the pizza. This seems to specifically happen with pan pizzas. They're usually very lacking in sauce despite the fact we always request extra, but this is the first time they've left it off entirely.
