Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered just three items (See Below) and each of them had issues 1 CHICKEN ALFREDO BREADBOWL PASTA 1 PHILLY CHEESE STEAK w/No Mushrooms 1 2-LITER COKE

The Breadbowl came as a pan dish with no bread The philly cheesesteak had mushrooms The Coke did not arrive with the order.

When I called the store to report the first discrepancy with my 2 liter Coke and tthe bread bowl the attendant asked me to send the deficient item back when my soda and the bread bowl is delivered. The delivery driver returned with the missing soda and a bread bowl. He was gracious and was attempting to get it all corrected as quickly as possible. I called the store again as Identified that there were mushrooms on the sandwich -when the order clearly says no mushrooms. I asked for the manager and the attendant asked "are you the guy that keeps getting his order wrong"? I again asked for the manager and he said the manager is busy and cannot talk to me right now. I asked again for the manager and he again stated he was busy and that I would have to wait. I asked that the manager call me when he is done and informed him that I would be filling on the comment portion of the survey.

Ultimately, my experience was negative for the exception of the delivery driver. He seemed concerned about the customer. As for the two attendants, I would highly recommend training. To refer to your customers as that guy is not acceptable and/or keeping with customer service norms. The whole ordeal took over 2 and a half hours on a low volume day. by the way its been 45 minutes since the driver left and have yet received my Philly Cheesesteak or received a call from the manager. I will have to call them again - now for a refund.

Pizzas are great!, But the steak and cheese subs are nothing, table spoon of meat and cheese along with the veggies, on some flatbread. "Don't order and expect what you see in the picture", cuz its absolutely nothing like what they deliver you. And I've ordered some serious stuff , costing upwards of $80+ and expecting to get what they say "if your order is more than 30 minutes then it's free, well that's impossible as the computer automatically sends your application a update that you are eating the meal at exactly 30 minutes, when you don't even have it yet, (really cute when you go to your application and see the bar blinking and reading under it, "hope you are enjoying the meal" as if to say its been delivered to you, and you are eating it as you read this statement, but its still not there, or the delivery driver is nowhere to be found.) Great work hacking the company application and programming it to fraudulently claim what is nothing but a lie, so no order is ever late, and when you call they put you on Galactic hold for a light year, and give you a lame response: sorry but its not our problem, please call later as the manager just left, click and they hang up. Domino’s wouldn’t be my first go to especially when there are newer establishments that offer pizza. However when you need to supply for a large party it works. I have never done a review for Domino's but had such a pleasant experience at this location and wanted to acknowledge that.

First I’ll start by saying the store itself was very nicely designed. I’d never seen a store look this good to include bar style seating and a cushioned lounge seat, I was surprised. Moving on to service received, at first I was annoyed because I thought the young lady had overcharged us for 9 pizzas; however, once explained to us by the manger, it was found that the bill was correct-my apology.

The team there was a good group of people who seem to work well together. They were friendly, presented themselves well and were pleasant to engage with. I’ve been to other locations and encountered ignorant and rude employees. This would be the only Domino’s I would patronize if I lived closer.

I especially want to shout out a young guy who gave my husband and I a free order of a menu item. That was a very kind gesture and we thank you. May God continue to keep and bless you. In...
