Good evening, I don’t normally do reviews however decided to make an exception for the customer service I just experienced. I placed a car side to go order and my husband picked it up, when he got home discovered the plain cheese pizza for my 7 year old was covered in pepperoni and pineapple (total meltdown) from my daughter. I called the store and told them about receiving an incorrect order and was told I would need to return the pizza and “exchange” it for a plain pizza. Okay, slight inconvenience however that’s fine. My husband was on his way out to his mother’s home to care for her and was unable to drive back for the pizza. Just a little bit of background information I recently tested positive for Covid 19 and have been quarantining at home so I am not physically able to drive to the pizza shop store and exchange the pizza, even though maybe I should have just to let them know how ridiculously disgusting it is they want me to bring back a pizza that has been in a Covid home. But okay. My daughter ends up having a piece from another pizza and takes the toppings off.. I call the store and they tell me since they have already made the pizza I have to come and pick it up. Excuse me?? The gentleman I spoke to was insisting upon me picking up this pizza tonight. Unbelievable. First this is Domino’s a national chain that should be able to salvage a plain cheese pizza and write it off or even use it for another order it’s a plain cheese pizza. I called and spoke with the manager Elisha and she was awesome.. she explained to me the misunderstanding regarding them thinking I had ordered the wrong pizza not was given the wrong pizza. Read moreI want to share take a moment and share my experience with this location. A few weeks ago I ordered food for a staff event the total was close to 200.00. My order was incorrect it included cheese on a pizza custom order that stated no cheese. I called and shared there was an error. I volunteered to come n and pick up the replacement bringing back the incorrect pizza. I was told that my number would be saved and I could order at anytime. I called yesterday to order that pizza there was no record but the young lady did some research and offered the pizza corrected. I shared it was a large custom with all veggies no cheese. She said okay and told me to come for pickup in 15 minutes. I arrived there and the order had feta cheese. I got to the car to check and walked back in and asked why was there cheese on my pizza and she said it was no cheese. I shared feta is cheese she said she thought my no cheese meant no melted cheese. I took the pizza and gave it away. I was kind and did not make a big deal out of it. Today I thought about the level of treatment and service we get from places we spend our money and it’s sad. That you can make an order and the disposition of the staff is I know you said no cheese but it’s feta we thought you wanted feta. Read moreBuyer beware they can and will overchage you. I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Domino's charged me 12 times for the food. The system only refunded me 9 times. I went in and spoke with a manager. He looked up the order, and communicates he only sees 1 charge. I show him my bank statement, he calls his boss, then tells me they cannot do anything and I should be refunded. It's been over 6 days no refund. I asked to get a phone call from the district manger. They store refused to give me his info. I left my cell phone number, never recieved a call back. Customer service is an AI text bot, they just direct you back to the location. So regardless if I get my money refunded. I will no longer be purchasing food from Dominos. My family and friends will not as well, because they do not want to be over charged 12 times.
