Dragon Express — Restaurant in Maryland

I initially thought Dragon Express in St. Michael was a hidden gem, but after consistent visits over the past three months, it’s clear their customer service is severely lacking. I’ve been a loyal customer, eating there every Monday and occasionally on Thursdays. However, during my most recent visit, I was extremely disappointed.

The woman with black hair and glasses took my order, but when I received my food, the egg roll I ordered was missing. When I went back in to ask about it, she immediately became defensive and argumentative. I even offered to pay for the missing item just to avoid conflict, but she insisted she was right and refused to listen.

Another staff member, a man asked if I wanted a refund, but I made it clear I just wanted the rest of my order. Despite my calm approach, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. After supporting this business weekly, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated.

Can you give ZERO stars??? This place is filthy and the food is terrible. I am not kidding, folks! All my ratings are honest and come from the heart. I do not like giving lousy reviews, because all these people are trying to do is make a living. But if you ask me, I've never had worse Chinese food in my life and i'm 50 years old. I ordered the chicken wings and when I pulled them apart to eat them, the meat was YELLOW... the crab rangoon was "chewy" and had no crab/flavor. My wife 's chicken fried rice was horrible. The rice was overcooked and the chicken was flavorless. Like it was frozen and thawed a few times and then just heated up. And here's the kicker... when you order, they don't look you in the eye and write in Chinese... so.. I really wasn't even sure if they had my order correct until they brought it out and we looked in the bag. I don't know if its just peoples taste buds. But this place is horrible, the whole place is nasty the food looked like it had been re-heated in the microwave over a thousand times. The veggies in my dish were not fresh. The only thing fresh was the container it was in. I regret eating it because mid way I found plastic in my food and now my stomach hurts, had to take an antibiotic and probiotic just to kick the stomach sickness. I started to have watery stools but the antibiotic and probiotic took care of that. Just throw it away and or stay away from this place, its is worst than Jin Jin's in Easton, MD. I understand they're trying to make a living but they need a serious make over nothing is fresh and the cooking is off too. They won't be getting my money until they get this...
