Hands down best customer service!!!! My husband and I were looking for a new fridge. From the moment we walked into the store to the day our new fridge was delivered, we were treated like we were family. Robin greeted us with a smile, was super friendly and helpful, showed us the inventory and set us up with Spence for further assistance. Spence helped us choose the best model and size for our needs and even arranged for a loaner fridge as ours was kaput! New fridge was delivered when promised, and was installed without a hitch. We HIGHLY recommend Higgins & Spencer and will continue to use this local, family-owned business for all our needs...

My mom had her refrigerator serviced 11/27/2018 by Chris and Georgie, the appliance repair team. They were outstanding - incredibly professional, knowledgeable about her brand of fridge, and extremely honest as to the nature of the issue and its remediation. Have lived in St. Michaels for almost 40 years and have purchased many washers and dryers from Higgins and Spencer. Today they were refered by a major window covering manufacturer for repairs. When I called to set up a repair, the person was very rude and a not interested to help as I did not purchase the coverings from Higgins & Spencers.
