Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

This review is solely for the Indian lady working today. I came in to order a hot coffee with hash browns and there was an Indian couple before me that also ordered a bunch of hash browns. The Indian lady gave the hash browns to the couple after like 5 minutes or so, and then totally ignored my order and started making other people orders, so I had to ask about my order. I saw there were hash browns in the oven just laying there which were mine. (Also she heats them up WITH the paper packaging which I don’t think is healthy for customers…) Selective customer service is not customer service and this lady needs to up her game. The coffee the white lady prepared was good.

The white lady there was very friendly and nice, she apologized about the issue but this should be on that older Indian lady, and it seems like from others reviews it’s not the first time she’s messed up. Just beware if she’s working your order might take a bit or she might just forget...

I definitely DO NOT recommend coming to this dunkin. The lady taking orders on father's day threw my receipt away and didn't even ask first if I wanted it. It took several minutes to receive a large sweet tea and a medium iced coffee, hazelnut, cream and sugar... And they tasted absolutely horrid. The tea was not even the least bit sweetened and the coffee...well, someone might as well have allowed that to flow from their ass before it ended up in the cup. As for my breakfast items that were ordered (4 egg and cheese wraps) that took additional time to make after I had finally received my drinks. Not to mention the only way the sandwich maker that morning knew what sandwiches to make was by asking customers if they ordered and sandwich and proceeded to take their receipts from them to make their sandwiches...completely ignoring the screen above the sandwich station that allows you to clear already made orders. Just...

I placed an online order at 6:36 PM. My order was charged to my account. However, when my husband arrived to pick up the order, he was informed that the ovens had been shut down and the store was closed, half an hour earlier than the posted closing time. The employee he spoke with stated that she was unable to locate my phone number on the receipt to call and inform us prior to arriving. She mentioned that a refund would be processed the following morning since they also shut the register down.

As it stands, I have not received my food or a refund. Additionally, the employee conversed with my husband while he was standing in the rain, which further added to the negative experience.

This is not the first negative experience that I have had at this location but I've let the other situations slide due to everyone having a bad day from time to time. This is...
