CHECK YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT STATEMENTS IMMEDIATELY if you visited here lately. Caught two young ladies that work the evening shift RECORDING CUSTOMERS DEBIT/CREDIT NUMBER w/ cellphone on 2/25/25. The one young lady (African-American) speaks with a “base-filled” accent is a distraction. I noticed the other young lady (Hispanic) had her cell phone laying flat next to register. Before pulling out I asked “why is there a cell phone directly next to the register. Are you recording customers debit/credit card info?” The Hispanic young lady had a look of panic all over her face. The Other young lady with the distracting voice tried to act as if she didn’t hear my question but suddenly had the nerve to give me instructions on what I need to do to “KEEP MY CARD SAFE.” This did not sit well with me so I pulled back around to the Drive thru minutes later and asked “if there was a manager that I could speak to”. The African American young now speaking without the accent says “there is no manager here”. I proceeded to ask for a business card of the manager’s and by the way “this is all being recorded.” The African American young lady immediately shut the drive thru window and left the window never to return. The Hispanic young lady pushed a button on the phone (stop record) and immediately walked towards lobby of the store (which was locked. DRIVE THRU ORDERS ONLY). After a 1-2 minute wait, As I’m pulling out of the drive thru I look thru the window and noticed the Hispanic young lady scrambling through her cell phone as if she was deleting recordings. BE AWARE OF VISITING HERE IN THE EVENINGS. Morning crew offers great...
Read moreToday, June 10, 8:40 am, I went to Dunkin Dounut located at 901 Middle River. A woman answered me through the microphone who spoke to me as if it bothered her to take my order. When I got to the window, she handed me my order and gave me my coffee uncovered and I threw it all over myself, my car and my clothes were flooded with coffee, I complained to her because she had that bad attitude, and I told her that if she did not want to attend to her, she was rude from the beginning The moment I took my order, she did not apologize and went back and she and a robust Afro-American woman called me bad words in Spanish, in front of the customers of the store who were buying, the woman who served me is Latina Robust and after spilling the coffee on me, she said something to the other worker who started to say bad words to me, I was in shock. I have never seen workers who said bad words to their clients, I am Latina and I understood perfectly ,my family that was in the car also heard it, I can't believe that people who speak Spanish teach others to say those words to the public, please take action with these two women, the words they said to me were D... The B..., and not only did they not apologize but they also insulted me, I hope the Manager checks the cameras and does...
Read moreComplaint I just filed:
I purchased a sweet bacon Sandwich, hash browns, and a Caramel Macchiato. When I received my drink I told the cashier that it was way too sweet and if she could make it less sweet. She immediately said "Well..that's how it comes, caramel is sweet." (as if I was a complete idiot and didn't know that)! I replied to her that it was way too sweet and that I could not drink it. She said again that is how the Macchiato comes. She then went on to ask me with a disgusting attitude "Do you know how expensive this is?!" Bewildered, I replied "Yes, I order them from Starbucks all the time." She said it again as if I was going to walk away with the cup of pancake syrup that I could not drink. I felt very disrespected in front of the workers and the customer that was sitting down nearby. I always go to that location and spend lots of money there. I do not appreciate being chided for not wanting it. I felt humiliated for being disrespected. Horrible franchisees! I won't return.
My thing is..they are not the only location and why should I come here for substandard service and products? I am not required to spend my money here and who are they to act like they are doing...
