⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solid Dunkin’ Location with Friendly Service and Great Coffee

I stopped by the Dunkin’ in Berlin, Maryland recently and overall had a really good experience. This location is conveniently situated right off the main road, making it an easy stop whether you're a local or just passing through on your way to Ocean City or Assateague.

Coffee & Drinks: The coffee was fresh and consistent with what you expect from Dunkin’. I ordered an iced caramel latte and it was made perfectly — good balance of sweetness and espresso. My friend had a cold brew with sweet cold foam and said it was one of the better ones they’ve had from any Dunkin’. The drinks came out quickly and were made correctly, which I always appreciate during a busy morning stop.

Food: I grabbed a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant and it was warm and flaky, with the bacon cooked just right — not overdone or soggy. The hash browns were also hot and crispy, not sitting under a heat lamp too long like you sometimes get at other locations. They seemed to be on top of food prep here.

Service: The staff was friendly and efficient. The woman at the register greeted everyone with a smile and repeated orders back to make sure they were correct. The wait time was minimal even though there were a few people in line ahead of me. The drive-thru also seemed to be moving along at a good pace.

Cleanliness & Atmosphere: The inside of the store was fairly clean. Tables were wiped down, the floor was swept, and the drink station was well stocked with lids, straws, and napkins. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathroom could’ve used a little more attention — not dirty, but definitely looked like it hadn’t been checked in a couple hours.

Final Thoughts: This Dunkin' is a great stop for reliable coffee, friendly staff, and a quick bite. They seem well-managed and focused on customer service. With just a little more attention to restroom cleanliness, it would easily be a 5-star location. I’ll definitely be returning the next time...

I stopped here on our way to vacation in Ocean City..Very incompetent location. Ordered on app picked up thru drive thru. Iced coffee.. looked more like iced almond milk.. didn't taste a drop of coffee... Color didn't resemble anything close to what I normally order at other locations. I order the same exact drink multiple times per week btw. That's not the worst part. After drinking just half.. I couldn't take it anymore and threw it out. Soon as I got to my destination I started feeling very ill. Felt symptoms I've experienced before due to food position. Tummy aches... No appetite for days.. chills.. I was in bed for 3 days of our vacation. I had consumed nothing else that day.. and my family was fine bc I was the only one who had Dunkin donuts. Not sure if they used spoiled almond milk... Or somehow contaminated my drink with "dairy milk" which would be a problem since I'm lactose. Or maybe unsanitary location. Either...

Gave order as I watched cashier with gloves on clean her glasses with her shirt...then...take her mask and reposition it....handle wand at register...keys on resgister...then I told her we had 2 free drinks on ap...asked if I need to press anything special to get them? Asked twice...she ignored me. Told me what I owed. Took it from ap. Did not use free drinks. THEN WITH DIRTY GLOVES I WATCHED HER PICK UP MY "TO BE CUP" WITH HER FINGER IN IT! I ASKED HER TO pleas change her gloves. She did not like that and had someone else fill my order. WE WILL NEVER RETURN THERE. SO GLAD I WENT IN...
